Super experience from start to finish

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. From the first point of contact we made to organise a viewing through to exchange, it has been remarkably smooth. This was down to the staff being efficient and following up on things. They kept us in touch throughout which I appreciated. Compared to a previous experience with a property sale this was different class. Ebba, Jasmine and Karen were particularly helpful but overall, it felt like a well oiled machine! If we ever sell our new property they will be my first port of call.

Positive flat renting experience

I very rarely, if ever give 5 stars for experiences, but I think it is deserved on this occasion. Madi in the Brighton branch provided an excellent service throughout my flat renting process. She was efficient, quick to respond to communications and very professional. As an example - on the agreed date, I was quite early arriving to pick up the keys to the property. Nevertheless, Madi was still very accomodating.On a slight tangential note - I enjoyed the welcome box Cubitt and West provided me with too when I moved into the property. It was a nice touch. I'm happy with the service overall with particular thanks to Madi.

Minimal Stress Process

Cubitt and West, and Katarina in particular, have been absolutely fantastic with our hunt for a property. I cannot fault them in any way. Our search has been extensive, using a variety of agents, and Cubitt and West have stood out to us throughout as a top class provider in both communication and quality of arranged viewings. Katarina is always so positive on the phone and I have truly valued her kindness when things haven't worked out. I must comment on Julian's excellent property viewing he recently conducted too. We were raving about it afterwards, despite the property not being quite to our taste. I cannot recommend Cubitt and West, Reigate, enough.

This will be our second move and it has been a far more pleasant experience with cuit and west. Our sales progressor Karen Fogarty has been so supportive and helpful and always been there when we need her and very efficient at sorting out any problems we've encountered. All the staff at our local branch have been very helpful and we've mainly delt with Angela Brett who has also been very efficient and helpful and has always made us feel confident that we are in good hands. It's been a long process as we've needed to get our lease extension before our sale. We recently purchased two houses, one from Cubitt & West and one from another estate agency. My experience with Cubitt & West was a cut above the rest and a very different level of service. They were attentive, friendly and professional; I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Through the whole process, Mo and Julie made sure I was happy with everything and helped enormously with communications between myself and the vendor. This experience has highlighted to me how important it is to find the right estate agent that’s not only attentive to the vendor but also prospective buyers to make the process a smooth transaction for both parties. On the day of completion, we happened to be away. Mo from Cubitt & West was kind enough to collect the keys and inspect the property for us. He also followed up with photos and arranged for his rental department to advertise the property. Marcus and Abbie phoned, clearly explained the process offering very competitive rates. Within four days, they found a great tenant. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s exceptional customer services and hard work. I would highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their property.

A great service and lovely staff!

I contacted Cubitt and West Southsea and spoke to Claire when we were having no luck what so ever finding a property and kept missing out on everything before even getting the opportunity to view. She arranged for us to have an appointment with the mortgage advisor they work alongside so we could be prioritised as "hot buyers". Other than for the sake of getting on the hot buyers list, I didn't think we needed this service but I'm so grateful Claire recommended it as Wayne the mortgage advisor has turned out to be so helpful that we have decided to continue with him over our initial advisor. Claire went out of her way to ensure we got early viewings on suitable properties and has just generally been lovely, sincere and reassuring. I have been so impressed with the service Cubitt and West offered and would have liked to buy with them but in the end the right property came up elsewhere. Would highly recommend them for fantastic service and staff that come across as trustworthy and personable.Thanks for all the help!

We chose to use Cubitt & West Fiveways to sell our flat as we had bought the flat from them five years earlier and had been impressed. We were not disappointed - from the very beginning, our experience was excellent. The photographs and marketing of the flat were very high quality and we had multiple viewings leading to offers on our open day. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our chain fell through more than once for reasons out of our control. Every time, the team at Cubitt and West Fiveways were reassuring and found us new buyers very quickly. Each member of staff was highly professional and friendly - we always felt valued and knew everyone had our best interests in mind, rather than simply looking for a quick sale. The team were very communicative, gave great advice and were easy to get hold of whenever we had a question. During the time that we were selling, we mostly dealt with Ebba Morley, the senior branch manager. Ebba was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind - she went above and beyond to help us secure the right buyer and even advised us with our onward purchase which was through a different estate agent. Due to Covid, the process of selling our flat took longer than originally expected but the quality of service we received never dropped. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cubitt and West Fiveways to anyone selling or buying a property and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

Kerry-Ann at Cubitt & West has patiently guided us through the sale of a property that that we were selling as executors. There were some unexpected complications along the way which Kerry-Ann helped us deal with without fuss. We were very disappointed to lose our first buyer after a long and protracted effort to keep them, but Kerry-Ann managed to keep our spirits up and found a new buyer, at a better price and arranged a very quick turnround from offer to completion which we were delighted with. Kerry-Ann was friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the transaction, always keeping us well informed and checking in on us when things were dragging on. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Crawley Branch - Outstanding service

We had outstanding service from the team at the Crawley Branch. The sales team were very proactive in finding a suitable buyer for our house and reacted very well to the changes brought on by the Covid Pandemic all the while respecting our household and government guidelines. During the sales process there were a couple of challenges, non of which were of Cubbitt & West's doing, and the team responded swiftly and pragmatically with the right solutions. Once our house had been sold we received excellent service from our Sales Progressor Aumit Bagchi who kept us fully updated at each stage while using non jargon related language which was easily understood. Stephen and the Woodingdean Team

Having spoken to several estate agents I decided to use Cubitt & West because I had used them 3 times before but also because I was selling a property this time I didn’t live near to and they offered to have a set of keys so I didn’t have to keep travelling.Stephen and his team at Woodingdean made it as painless as it could be. They kept a set of keys and met not only people looking to buy but also let in tradesmen when needed as the property was empty.It wasn’t a smooth ride with regards to the first buyers pulling out but Stephen had it sold again within 24 hours.I was kept up to date regularly with phone calls and updates on the website (never done that before but having an account online to see updates was helpful).All in all a good positive experience and would recommend to friends.Thanks Stephen and Team.

While it took a while to sell our house…

While it took a while to sell our house due to economic climate, the team were always very helpful. Once the house was sold we were kept fully informed of what was happening. Julie was also constantly keeping in touch with our buyer's solicitors who at times were very slow. We do not plan on moving again but would definitely recommend them
