The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. We even had the usual chain issues but everybody stayed calm and alert and we finally exchanged without any issues. All in all the team at Cubitt and West deserve five stars.

From the first visit when we decided to test the market we found the team professional and helpful, the online content and video walk round were excellent by and after the first open day our property was sold. Liam and then Nichole were always there to answer our queries and then guide us through the process, communications are always responded to by various staff even if the others were out of the office, I had a few long chats with Liam during the sale and found the whole process stress free, things happen in a long chain and I always felt that this was being dealt with by our sales team and solicitors, we are grateful to Cubit and West for dealing with our sale and recommend them if you are thinking of starting your own sale/buy.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. She was incredibly friendly, professional and we loved her approach!! We were soon greeted by Ellie who works with Siobhan and together they got the house on the market quickly and kept me in the loop throughout. Ellie was nothing short of exceptional when it came to finding us the perfect buyers, showing them around and selling our house in a WEEK for a price we only ever hoped for!I cannot thank the girls enough and we are so happy with our decision to choose Cubitt and West! We have lived in our home since we married, we haven’t had to buy or sell a property for 38 years, we were very anxious about the process and needed guidance and reassurance. We also didn’t want to be sold to.We initially met with Liam Galliford who came around at a time to suit us, he was consultative and reassuring. Liam was very professional and able to answer all of our questions honestly and clearly. His recommended strategy was spot on, we sold our house in 10 days, Liam had said he expected no more than 14. We needed to move fast.Liam was supported in the Crawley office by Scott, Tamsin and Nichole, who arranged all of our viewings. They were all guided, we didn’t need to do anything, and arranged with minimum disruption to our home life. We even agreed a communication method that I was able to manage with my busy work from home schedule.Now waiting for the contracting process to conclude…up to now, the process has not been stressful, just busy and manageable thanks to Liam and his team.Highly recommended.

Emily Casey has been outstanding over the last couple of days. Very easy to talk with, extremely conscientious and organised. Emily has offered advice on brokers and mortgages which so far no other estate agent has volunteered. She spent time getting to know me instead of just filling out a form and making the experience personal. If I’m honest I want to buy a house just so Emily gets the commission! Absolutely amazing, from the moment Maddie sat in our living room and talked about our property and sale, we had confidence in Cubitt and West. We had been thinking about selling for a while and had already had some disappointing almost disinterested agents around but Maddie was realistic and full of enthusiasm. The team organised viewings to fit in with us perfectly, marketed our property brilliantly keeping us in the loop every step of the way and best of all sold within days. It was all so easy and almost stress free (no move is ever stress free!). If you are exploring your options and not sure where to go I honestly cannot recommend Cubitt and West Highly enough.

We had to find a rental for a short term very quickly with the added potential complexity of it being furnished. I contacted so many estate agents with little reply. We had a prompt, professional and efficient service from cubit and West in North end. Abbie was our contact and she was so kind and did everything she could for us. We were unable due to isolation to physically see the property so we had a video call arranged which meant that we still not miss out on the property. When we went in to sign contracts and pay our deposits it was pain free and done easily so and so I can't help but leave a glowing review. Thank you.
