GoogleFirst-class service from the team at Connells Redhill. They stuck by us in a fairly challenging market and sold our 2-bed terraced property where others had failed. Regular communication from them about what they were up to of any given week, even when there wasn’t much to update on viewings-wise, just to let us know they were still on the case. We felt very reassured throughout that we were in expert hands. Every member of the team was super friendly, extremely knowledgable and always very professional.

GoogleIt took a long while for us to prepare our property for rental, as we encountered many problems along the way, and at times we felt like giving up! However, we found that Connells were very helpful and supportive, gave us a lot of valuable advice and kept in touch. When the property was finally ready we met with Mark, who we always find to be very professional and extremely friendly, and then Jasper, who was absolutely brilliant. He clearly explained the options to us, didn’t rush us and understood our concerns. The subsequent marketing was extremely professionally, and generated a great deal of interest, in fact the property was viewed, we’d met the perfect prospective tenant and the rental was agreed within a working day of it appearing on their website, and I don’t think you can ask for more than that! Everything that followed from safety checks to tenancy agreements was very smooth and efficient, and the tenant is now in residence. This is our first time as ‘real’ landlords, and on our current experience we’d definitely recommend Connells, and thank the Redhill team, especially Mark, Jasper, and Raphi for all their help and advice, it’s their personal touch that makes all the difference, and that’s why we chose them 👍🙂

TrustpilotAvoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost! Didn't put up a for sale sign, no proactive communication, try to get you to pay extra £500 commission as an 'incentive' for them to do their job of selling your house!!! Tried getting out of the contract early which was a continued "no", but funny that as soon as the Ombudsman was mentioned they dropped us like a stone. Once the property was off the market, after 12 weeks, I was then woken up very early one morning to find a man trying to put up a for sale sign...say no more!

GoogleOur flat was recently sold through Connells Redhill after being on the market for quite while. A reasonable flow of potential purchasers was achieved by the team in this difficult market. We where kept well informed with weekly updates and the team maintained an active contact with those who showed interest. Following receipt of a firm offer Connells continued to liaise the parties and the managers was particularly assistive in helping to resolve contract matters to complete the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Connells to others.
