From our first viewing to completing our purchase, the team at Connells Redhill have been amazing. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and kind and made the whole process very smooth. Mark in particular went out of his way to assist us when things got complicated and we couldn't have got to the end of this purchase without his help. The communication from the team was brilliant and they never took long to get back to us so we always felt in the loop. We felt extremely supported and looked after throughout the process, which was especially helpfol as this was our first house purchase. Would never use this estate agent again.Full of lies and don’t do what they are supposed to do,side with certain parties and then refuse to follow orders as advised by courts.Refused to list property even though it had to be sold ASAP.Would never recommend this estate agent to anyone.The manager Mark is useless and doesn’t return phone calls and makes up excuses not to do his work and then lies in letters,they shouldn’t be selling properties.Whenever you phone them they never pick up the phone.

We have recently July 2025 sold 2 properties through Connels of Redhill. I could not recommend Mark and his team highly enough. One of the properties was through probate after loosing our in-laws and the team were just fantastic with the support they gave us through this difficult time. Also the first house they sold had been on with many other local agents and hadn’t sold. Mark was up for the challenge and had it sold for us in no time with a brilliant first time buyer. It took a long while for us to prepare our property for rental, as we encountered many problems along the way, and at times we felt like giving up! However, we found that Connells were very helpful and supportive, gave us a lot of valuable advice and kept in touch. When the property was finally ready we met with Mark, who we always find to be very professional and extremely friendly, and then Jasper, who was absolutely brilliant. He clearly explained the options to us, didn’t rush us and understood our concerns. The subsequent marketing was extremely professionally, and generated a great deal of interest, in fact the property was viewed, we’d met the perfect prospective tenant and the rental was agreed within a working day of it appearing on their website, and I don’t think you can ask for more than that! Everything that followed from safety checks to tenancy agreements was very smooth and efficient, and the tenant is now in residence. This is our first time as ‘real’ landlords, and on our current experience we’d definitely recommend Connells, and thank the Redhill team, especially Mark, Jasper, and Raphi for all their help and advice, it’s their personal touch that makes all the difference, and that’s why we chose them 👍🙂

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Didn't put up a for sale sign, no proactive communication, try to get you to pay extra £500 commission as an 'incentive' for them to do their job of selling your house!!! Tried getting out of the contract early which was a continued "no", but funny that as soon as the Ombudsman was mentioned they dropped us like a stone. Once the property was off the market, after 12 weeks, I was then woken up very early one morning to find a man trying to put up a for sale sign...say no more!

An Estate agent that is not interested in selling houses!

I called them to arrange a viewing and was told they would ring me back when a salesman was back in the office so I waited in for the afternoon and they never rang back. I called the next day told them I had waited in and didnt get an apology and was just told everyone was in a meeting. The property is listed with another agent so I just called them and arranged a viewing with them instead. Now looking at reviews on here I feel I have dodged a bullet! I would be most unhappy as a seller if I thought my agent was letting potential buyers slip away like this, especailly on a property listed with multiple agents!

I could not have asked for better support from Connells especially Mark Shipp & Ryan Belcher. The whole experience of moving house is by nature stressful but knowing that Mark & Ryan were there to support made it much more bearable. The viewings were professionally handled and I was lucky to have a very early offer which Ryan successfully negotiated so that I was not too far from the original asking price. Jasper at Connells Redhill went above and beyond for us when looking for a place to rent. His communication skills were very commendable as I've personally have had bad experiences with other estate agents never responding to simple enquiries or simply being dismissive in many cases. He was polite, informative and very candid both over the phone and over email which made the whole process easier. As we were applying for a property to move to from across the country, he also took the time to go and get a video of the property for us so that we could have a more informed decision going forward.
