Apathetic, duplicitous, Avoid! As a tenant they were apathetic towards any issues with the property resulting in several weeks without hot water, or working toilet. After ending my tenancy they used deceitful and duplicitous tactics to drive down the amount of the deposit to be returned. I cannot stress enough how Important it is for tenants to avoid this company

In particular Isaac and Matt at different points of the journey from accommodating initial viewings to getting the sale over the line.
