For sales Woodlands offers fantastic service from start to finish & having sold & bought via them recently, I can't recommend them highly enough & would have no hesitation in going straight to Woodlands next time. All the sales team members (Dave, Mike & the 2 Steves) have worked for Woodlands for many years; they also live locally so have detailed, long-term experience of the area and the properties within it. When looking to instruct, I visited every agent in Redhill plus a couple in Reigate: Woodlands were one of the few to give me a clear answer to 2 initial questions & my positive first impression was confirmed when Mike visited to estimate. This was followed by superb, seamless, supportive service from start to finish & the effort Woodlands invested was a revelation to me. Emails received prompt responses; messages were passed on; phone calls returned & when I visited the office, all the team members greeted me by name, knew which property I was selling/viewing/buying & could give me an update on progress - invaluable once in a chain to exchange/complete.
