Well all was going well at the redhill…

Well all was going well at the redhill department untill I said I was moving out that's when all problems started coming my way from them trying to charge me extra rent for not being there. Accused of leaving the property a mess when I spent a whole day cleaning the property with someone whos a cleaner by trade Now saying something is broken when nothing was When I moved in the place was not tidy I was told no animals lived there previously but found dog toys and hair all over the flat Water pressure was crap and nothing was sorted I've complained about the built in oven falling out while cooking and again nothing was done Would never use this company again and I suggest you go somewhere else

Woodlands have managed a rental property on my behalf for the past 5 years. They've been incredibly tolerant of me learning to be a landlord, and have been receptive to some of the ideas that I wanted to bring to this little side business. Carolyn and co in the Horsham lettings office have done a wonderful job of sourcing quality tenants, and where things have needed doing either between tenancy or during, rock star property manager Katie has been there to help me figure it out. For the amount of business I'm worth (one 3-bed house), they give me a lot of their time, often with no notice. So far they've always been happy to engage with me and I always feel heard. I believe there's always room for improvement, so strictly speaking it's 4.5 stars from me, but for the sake of advertising I'll round up to 5 :)PositiveResponsiveness, Value

I recently purchased my first property via Woodlands. I cannot rate their service highly enough from the initial viewing to completion. I moved in just three days before Christmas but due to the seller’s solicitors dragging their heels as well as my own it looked unlikely I’d be able to celebrate the first Christmas with my children in our new home. The entire staff in the Redhill office had been amazing throughout but a big thanks has to go to David Norris who pulled out all the stops to get this move completed in time! I would highly recommend using Woodlands, a high level of service provided and excellent people working for them. Thanks again for everything! Dan

The whole experience with Woodlands was extremely professional. Karen and Sam were really responsive and happy to work with me, even though I needed to rent an apartment on a short notice while moving from abroad which meant complex paperwork. Excellent advice and constant support from everyone at Woodlands estate agents, they kept me up to date all the time. The sale of my mothers house depended on grant of probate, and woodlands supported and advised me in chasing the solicitor dealing with this, without the help from Woodlands, I am sure the sale would have fallen through, which would have been extremely annoying, for me and the purchaser.
