GoogleFrustrated with the previous agent we switched to Woodlands and this is proven to be the right choice. We are very impressed with the services from Megan all along from tenants sourcing to coordinating for moving in. Also the efficient support from Samantha on the management side as well. Needless to say, their senior members are always there to advise whenever needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a highly efficient agent!

GoogleI have bought and sold properties and also have two rental properties under management with Woodlands and all I can say is they are one of the best efficient and well priced agents I have ever worked with. Much better than any of the big agents which I also work with who have exorbitant charges. The team in all the departments and friendly and professional and resolve things quickly I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking to buy sell or rent. Jon

The Sales Team worked with us throughout the process to ensure our purchase was as smooth as possible, with fabulous communication at all times. GoogleI first used Woodlands 23 years ago when I bought my house. It was a great experience then. I have just used them again to sell that same house, and once again they are super. They work hard for you, are friendly, keep you informed, and do a great job. Nothing is too much effort for them. Highly recommended.

Their whole approach was professional, calm, patient, friendly and empathetic. The team in the Redhill office were excellent throughout and I totally trusted them. I have worked with Woodlands as a landlord for over 15 years and have always found the whole team courteous and efficient, but Sam K has gone above and beyond recently, providing clear resolutions and explanations to some quite challenging issues. Always patient and measured, she has provided detailed advice and guidance to me and has shown a terrier-like determination to see challenges through to the end. Great work Sam and thank you. GoogleI can’t say enough good things about these chaps! Changed our view of Estate Agents!They are so professional. They earned their commission working hard for us. We had suffered at the hands of other bigger companies with branches in Redhill, who sent Saturday staff to show people around with no knowledge of the property and other tales of woe. Nothing like this with Woodlands! It’s a bullsh*t free zone with friendly guys who know the job. Go and see them and get your house sold! It’ll be a fair price, great, friendly service, no hot air talk and they work their socks off to sell your house!
