GoogleAmazing service, Chris who sorted out my letting was extremely helpful and friendly. He was always happy to answer any questions I had (which was a lot as new to renting). After moving in I had an issue with the main lock which was quickly sorted and Katie was very helpful though the whole process. All the staff at Woodlands seem super friendly and helpful. I really can’t recommend Woodlans high enough

Beware! They cannot be trusted!! They are good at making false promises, which they never fulfil. They misrepresent properties. They lie, and no transparency! I purchased a property through them, they failed to disclose various repairs required to the property, also failed to disclose the hidden damages! After I got the keys, I found the property in a absolutely filthy dirty condition, with so much rubbish, clutter, empty vapes, used condoms and drugs substances!! Worst of all, the seller left dog poop all over the garden! Surely the estate agents knew about all this, as the estate agent mentioned that seller is a close client of theirs! I chased them up for 2 whole weeks, only got false promises and fobbd off. In the process of taking legal action against the fraudster seller and these estate agents, both equally liable!! read less

GoogleIt was the 2nd time to look for a property to rent in Redhill. Both times Sam Arnold was my agent. Sam is excellent and very efficient. He has been really patient and responsive to any queries that I have. He has also been so understanding about our needs and was very polite and professional each time we go for property viewing. I was very at ease everytime Sam is my agent, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you So Much Sam Arnold.

I would not hesitate recommend them to anyone in and around the area because they will do their absolute best to help. GoogleI have stayed in mill street with this agent.i don't know why they are getting top reviews. They provided a property in mill street with mould issues and when raised the issue very bad response received from these agents. Now I am having health issues due to this property and neighbours in this property said previous tenants had same issues.They seems friendly initially but when you enter into agreement with them they tell landlord is responsible but they take all money from you. Before taking any property from them go for proper reviews and enquire with neighbours. It's better to wait than fell into a trap. Danny and Sam worst agents I have ever met in my life. I have stayed in Redhill for 5 years and dealt with a few agents and the worst experience from woodland lettings. Edited: we noticed that property getting mould every winter informed the agent instead of inspection they sent mould spray picture to purchase online and informed mould is due to tenant staying there seems like I am spreading the mould in the property we spent almost £100 on mould spray .my wife got asthma issue that we will deal with personal compensation later.

Further to your comments which are factually untrue. The property was not provided to you mouldy which can be evidenced via the inventory provided to you. The inventory confirms the property was in a good clean condition. As per the check out report produced at the end of your tenancy, the property was returned unclean with mouldy walls, ceilings and doors. As tenants you do have an obligation to return the property in the same condition as noted on inventory, allowing for fair wear and tear. This has not happened in your case, therefore your landlord is legally entitled to make deductions from your deposit monies. If you are not in agreement with these deductions, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme will be able to adjudicate after gathering evidence from both parties, their decision would then be final. I can see that you moved into the property in May, and sent an email in November advising of mould, at this time you were asked to send pictures through of the mould, these were not received. We also sent you over a condensation guide and asked you to follow certain instructions to remove the mould from the property, but no further communication was received from yourself with regards to this. A property visit was completed in August 2023, at this point no mould was noted in the property. We also have further properties within the development, these tenants have not reported any issues with mould in their properties. Samantha Knight Office Manager

Woodlands Estate Agents in Horsham, “ Are simply the best”. I had a roller coaster of a ride just recently selling and Purchasing but the TEAM were OUTSTANDING. Simon the Director, Iain the branch manager,Ben and Brandon on Sales delivered a faultless service, Their attention to detail, compassion, communication skills between the team and myself were amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, they kept me informed every step of the way and offer a personal service to Their clients. If you want to be treated with respect and not have the Usual estate agents flimsy broken promises, Then I would recommend Woodlands 100%. They are genuine and take a personal approach and The team give continuity by all getting involved. Their pricing is good and from valuation to the actual Marketing of the property only takes a couple of days. Their Valuations are accurate and not Inflated like some agents which gets many people through the door quickly, I sold after only 4 people through the door in 1 week. If you prefer real people, instead of Insincere Robots Woodlands are fantastic and make the process so much better. I have used them before and would never use any other agents. 100/% Satisfaction

GoogleSpoke to multiple people in this agency. All stating they accept dss as an agency. This in fact is untrue. They require you have more of an income then what is offered on disability benefits with no option of a guarantor (sorry no reasonable option as you again have to making more then you can.) the only other option they offer is to pay 6 months in advance which you're not allowed to have that much money without reductions. All in all they do not offer what they have said they do and further more wasted 3 days of my life with their subpar workers.
