FacebookAshley, Robin and the whole team made buying our first home a very enjoyable, stress-eased (not free) experience. They were always on hand to offer advice or support and answer any questions, no matter how naive, that we had to ask. The flowers on moving day were a nice little touch to finish what was an excellent process throughout lockdown. Thank you all... we will see you in the future!

GoogleThomas from Ralph James sold our house on the first day, it was a great result and he oversaw our sale with personal attention and an eye for detail. It wasn't a stressful process at all and I think it's fair to say that everyone was very happy with the outcome. Ralph James are selling houses - but there is a reason for this, they are just really good at what they do.

GoogleOne of the worst experiences i had in getting back my deposit refund back and i was charged for 3 days extra rent after vacating the place and still in process of getting back my deposit since 5 months
Dear Vamshi, Firstly, I would like to apologise if you are not happy with the experience you have been provided by Ralph James. We always strive to ensure all landlords and tenants receive a 5 star service from us. With regards to dealing with the deposit at the end of tenancies, unfortunately this can be a lengthy process due to negotiation discussions and any other outstanding costs which need to be taken into consideration. We always endeavour to return deposits as swiftly as possible and try to keep all parties updated throughout the process. GoogleAs a tenant who has used a few different agencies, this is the worst tenancy agency I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional, rude staff and not always honest. Bad experience I would 100% not recommend.

Good Afternoon Jerome, We are sorry you feel this way. I have spoken with the Property Management Team and we believe your comment may be in regards to you not getting your deposit back following on from your end of tenancy. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the property upon vacation, a claim had to be processed to get the property back to the condition it was when you moved in. MyDeposits initiated the dispute and issued a 30 day warning which you would have received. As you did not respond to this, the full deposit was awarded to the Landlord. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please don't hestitate to call us.
