Mark and Ryan provided the best customer service and made me feel at ease throughout the process with constant updates via email and phone. I felt that they genuinely had the interest of both buyer and seller at heart and they were so transparent throughout. I cannot recommend them enough, they were kind, genuine and went beyond the call of duty. I will be using them if I ever sell my property in the future. GoogleI cannot fault the service I received from Mark in helping sell my property. Right from the start he made a great impression and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. As the sale progressed, he was always on hand to answer my questions and ensure I understood the stages and what was required of me. Where we hit bumps in the road, he worked incredibly hard to smooth things over and do everything in his power to get the sale across the line whilst looking out for both myself and the buyer. I could not have asked Mark for more and really want to thank him for going above and beyond. He worked incredibly and hard and always with a smile. Not only did I benefit from his impeccable client service but also his vast knowledge of the system, processes and local area. The whole team at Connell’s were professional and friendly each time I spoke to them, and I really felt that they cared and had my best interests at heart. True client service at its best. I would not hesitate to recommend the team or use them again.

GoogleI have recently let out a property with the help from Sam and Jasper. They were very efficient in finding the tenant within one week of listing the property on the market. They constantly kept me posted during the whole process and always made clear what the next step was. They even gave me a discount for the fee as being a returning customer. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a helpful letting agency.
