What a horrid and unprofessional experience! Stephanie Burley (the "manager") was sloppy, rude and unable to perform the basic duties required to register someone as a Tenant. She blamed us for her in-competencies, delays and then just blatantly ignored our emails after she promised feedback. When I went to collect the keys - I wasnt even greeted, she just said asked for my card for payment. Extremely dissapointed
