We have recently just completed a purchase through Connells, which at times would have been likely to calapse; if it had not been for the manager. I struggled with our sellers and their solicitors - Mark managed to keep things going and get us completed and keep me focused, which I’m thankful for, now that my family are in our new home. His team have been good at taking calls and getting back to us, pretty quickly. They are friendly and helpful.

Buying a home never goes as quickly as you’d like but if it wasn’t for Mark I’m sure I’d still be waiting for conveyancers to finish doing their thing. He was great at keeping me informed and was happy to chase conveyancers for information and generally keep the ball rolling. Excellent job by Connells all round.

This is the second time Ive used Connels for letting. Absolutely outstanding service. Sam and Jasper from the lettings team were absolutely amazing. I was constantly kept updated and they went above and beyond with doing bits on their days off and waving postage costs for me! Connels will always be my go to now. Having just completed on a sale with Connells Redhill Branch, I can honestly say I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. 1) We were lied to regarding our purchasers financial position in order to accept an offer, causing additional stress and concern. 2) Staff used my toilet with the door open in front of my wife. 3) Accused my wife of lying about the above. 4) Manager incredibly rude and inflammatory in all correspondence. I understand many members of staff have left recently and started their own agencies in the area. I can understand why, and I wish I had done more research before selecting them at the time. In short, please do yourselves a favour, and avoid the Redhill Connells branch . Premium fees, for a significantly less than acceptable level of service.

From my first enquiring phone call all the way through to completion I've been impressed with the service provided by Mark, Emma & the team at Connells. Everything from advice, valuation, particulars, viewings, communication and monitoring the progress of the sale was excellent. A small but important feature of this branch is that every time you call, the phone is answered straight away - by an actual person! No options, music, or answer-phones... As a vendor I highly recommend Connells Redhill.

Called twice by an overly polite but ill informed gent called Harry. No facility to arrange property viewings despite multiple attempts. Told there is a queue. Not fulfilling their brief as an estate agent... Shame UPDATE - some days later, called by the manager Ryan. Attempted service recovery and booked in two viewings, however the main property I wished to view had sold and I had missed the opportunity.
