GoogleI used their mortgage services and it has been pleasant. My broker is Bernice who is professional, friendly, and trustworthy. She explained to me patiently of how the process works and worst scenarios cases and answered all my questions explicitly. After applications submitted, she followed up with lender diligently and submitted additionally required documents swiftly at all time. I got my mortgage offer within two weeks. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a mortgage.

GoogleI would avoid if possible. The agent was nice but did offer suggestions for the property that were lies / incorrect assumptions. The sales progressor was quite rude throughout the process and made the whole purchase far more stressful than it should of been. Since the purchase the sold sign took over a month to collect after numerous calls / emails. Another email query has been sent since and no reply received.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe Redhill branch of Bernard Marcus have performed an excellent marketing job on the sale of our property. They went far further in there efforts to support both our prospective buyers and especially ourselves throughout what was a daunting process. I should also mention the aftersales support group who also stayed on top of the process right up to the end. - I can only strongly recommend their services as the best estate agent that I have come across.

GoogleUsed them last year for a property buy and sell service. Promised big in the beginning but I have to say the experience was quite ordinary. I would not say you should not use their services, but be aware they are no different (as promised in the presale phase). Did not feel that they were even trying to get a better price after the first offer was made. Please do your research for online and high-street agents thoroughly before deciding.

GoogleGareth and his staff at Redhill worked to a high professional standard throughout and treated you as a valued customer. At the initial consultation Gareth explained everything clearly, and was always available to offer honest opinion and answer questions. Heather and the staff were always on hand to help make the event as stress free as possible, and also kept me advised of the current situation. When necessary they were prepared to do that bit extra to ensure the process did not grind to a halt. Gareth also provided invaluable assistance in helping me to find somewhere to live in the Redhill area.
