GoogleMatt and Steve have been so helpful with everything to do with our move. We had two initial viewings, various trips back to measure up and they went way beyond the call of duty by letting us have a two hour viewing so a friend could do a survey for us. Nothing was too much for them. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they are professional, courteous and friendly. They seemed genuinely happy for us when we got to exchange and we can’t fault them.

GoogleAwful estate agents. They don't manage the property we have been renting for the past 7 years, yet each year they insist on charging us for a new tenancy agreement. All they have to do is change the date but they want us to pay the princely sum of £144 for admin fees. To do what?? We are long standing tenants, not new. Whenever you query something with them they get really narky. I would not recommend the Redhill branch to anyone. I hope their other branches aren't as unprofessional and unhelpful. The other thing that I found quite surprising is their policy which is, they do not have to inform tenants of any price changes or anything that could affect the tenant. Nice huh?
