Out of a majority of the estate agents I dealt with while trying to find a home Andrew's were superior. The agent (Ed Brennan) was helpful, informative and quick to respond. While going through the process I was assisted by other staff from the Redhill office and each were just as professional as Ed. A pleasure to work with and made the process much smoother.

Lied to us about the flat being professionally cleaned before we moved in it was a complete mess. Then took some of our deposit for a deep clean despite us doing one when we moved out. We left that place spotless! Also really hard to get hold of, we had many issues with the flat. Also a maintenance man was given the keys to our flat without us knowing/giving permission. Luckily we were both at work but I dread to think how scary that would’ve been if one of us was home. 👎🏼

Rude staff and they make you chase them and they don't get back to you the guy I went through to buy a property was Mathew he was just so rude and honestly save your self the stress and go to another agent there's plenty around so just give your money to a company that appreciate you not these lot that make you chase them and laugh at you when you put the phone down

Awful, i suggest you stay away whether landlord or tenant... They bring their benefits forward before the landlords' or tenants', they dont act like mediators and fair negotiators, they hide things from both parties, even if the landlord is struggling with a property empty for a month! Landlords, find better agencies for your properties; unhappy tenants will leave.
