GoogleWe were shown around a property today in Dunbery Crescent Merstham by Isacc who was very polite and helpful, he even went as far as to suggest that as we were far too early to view and had time to kill that we should have a walk around the area especially as we are not familiar with it at all. GoogleWe bought a house through Andrews and thought that the service was really high quality - Graeme really helped to move the purchase along and responded to any questions quickly and knowledgeably. I thought the online walk around of the property was one of the best that I have seen - you can even get a rough idea of measurements for furniture etc which was invaluable in a time when you are unable to go into the property too often.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have recently used Andrews Lettings and they have provided a great service from start to finish. I arranged a viewing which was really easy and was handled by Samantha Jones (Lettings Negotiator) who couldn’t of been more helpful. Following the viewing she provided all the advice and paperwork needed to submit my application. My reference checks were completed by Goodlord who were excellent and come back to me very quickly. GoogleBe careful !!! Good administration and quick response, during your stay I admit. Stay will be hassle free, no tension during the tenure. However once you are on end of tenancy they will charge for everything that you raise as complaint. After you leave the house, the charges will be inappropriate and they threaten to charge more if we don’t agree with their proposal. I’ve cleaned the house deeply and thoroughly. The landlord planned to change the facilities at the house.but andrews charged for cleaning the property , am still not sure why to charge me when the house is planned for decorating and removal of aged facilities. But they charged and no bills was provided. What will you do when they threaten to charge more ? Definitely we will agree isn’t it ? (I did the same). I suggest to think twice before you choose Andrews at Redhill.
