Very professional

Very professional. They (lettings agency) told us that there was a deep coean for the apartment but when we moved we found it wasn’t cleaned properly. Also they have told us that lights were changed but when we moved, many lights weren’t changed but the landlord reimbursed us for the money we paid. They also said that they will send a receipt for the deep cleaning but until now we have received nothing.

Excellent service from start to finish from Sam Lawrence at John Shepard. Involved in selling and purchasing our properties in our recent chain that we have just completed on. Although the chain was difficult due to Solicitor communication, Sam personally filled the gap and ensured everyone was kept informed and on track to deliver, even working our specific case during his Annual Leave. A credit to his profession and his company. A+++

Fantastic Customer Experience

Fab fab fab. The initial John Shepherd agent that showed me my new home was Emily, she was pleasant and polite, she put me at ease, and was fantastic during the whole experience. Jamie then put up with me during the next phase after I’d been accepted by the landlord - he was patient and explained everything clearly to me and helped me calm my anxiety.
