Beware of the rating, guys. Take a closer look at those five star reviews, I think they mostly look fake. DMCC bill comes to mind.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise for any frustration you felt when contacting our office to arrange a viewing. We understand the member of our team you spoke with did inform you at the time of your calling it was a poor line and apologised throughout the conversation that she had to ask you to repeat yourself to assure herself the information you were providing was accurate.
As an agency, we take great care in ensuring that the information we hold is as accurate as possible. All of our staff are trained to be aware that initial details incorrectly taken down could later result in us being unable to find a registered buyers details meaning we have to take all the information again in order to book a viewing or produce correct documents should that buyer later make an offer on one of our property’s. Crucially we must be fully aware aware of who we are booking into our sellers homes as we make staff security, and the safeguarding of the homes we represent, our highest priority when meeting viewers at properties.
We do hope the above fully explains why we are so thorough in our approach and you can understand the reasoning behind it, but If there’s anything further you would like to discuss or if we can assist you in any other way, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

As a tenant your main concern is how responsive the property maintenance process is and I can tell you that Tracey manages things excellently via the online portal. She is always responsive, friendly and helpful. Last year we had a leak in our ceiling from the flat upstairs over the Christmas period and she was even responsive then. The rest of the staff I have dealt with have been great too. It's been a pleasure using them.

I'd like to share my experience as a first-time buyer completing on a property in December 2022. Having viewed some properties with Petty Son but over a dozen properties with various other agents in the areas I can say my experience with Petty Son was easily the best. I found during my searches a high quality set of properties offered by Petty Son allowing me to better focus my search later during the search process.The agents assisting with the viewings were kind and knowledgeable. Able to offer detail about the local area and the property itself. The agents I'd worked were never pushy and always offered accurate responses, deferring to email communication to answer questions they couldn't answer during the viewing itself.
