GoogleVery poor service from this estate agent. Put in an offer on a house they had listed and even requested Petty Son and Prestwich act to sell our property, which they refused to do stating we were outside of their coverage area. On viewing their site, they have numerous other properties within our area. To add insult, the property we put a good offer in for is now showing as Sold STC, no notification from this estate agent.

Petty's acted for our seller so had no client obligations to us. However they treated us fairly and pragmatically. We had a very difficult completion process and pettys was very good about it through the whole thing. If we ever want to sell our house we will definitely use Petty's.
Like all estate agents we work for our sellers to ensure they receive a fantastic service every time, but equally we feel strongly about providing an outstanding experience for our buyers as they are just as important in the sales process! It's so lovely to hear you were happy with the service we provided and we hope to see you again if you need us.
