GoogleI'd recommend anyone trying to rent to stay clear. Miscommunication at its finest and office staff who try to speak over you when you've caught on that they are indeed not telling the truth.
1.Viewed a property late during the day and was told specifically no more viewings (this was a saturday)
2. Immediately submitted an offer
3. Told that no other offers had been submitted
4. Told I would get a response by Monday and no other viewings taking place
5. Chased on Monday to be told landlords on holiday and only back Tuesday
6.Tuesday morning property no longer in the website and told an offer had already been accepted
As a new mom with a baby seeking a decent ground floor flat I was exciting to proceed. I almost didn't go through with another flat and glad I kept options open.
Very misleading. What followed after was just waffling through by the agents trying to convince me otherwise.
Perhaps we weren't ideal because of other external reasons which begs the question whether this is truly a fair company.
