I have been a tenant of Petty's for 12 years and have found them to fantastic landlords agents. They have caused me no anxiety whatsoever. They have never been pushy, have always put my case fairly to the landlord, and have been very professional and flexible in all their dealings with me. My wife and I have spent a year as tenants of a property managed by Petty's on behalf of our landlords. We dealt primarily with Julie, Tracey and Alice, but every person we came into contact with at the firm was not only highly professional and efficient, but also friendly and approachable. Response times on every occasion were second to none and we had the clear impression that they always tried to act as "honest broker" between landlord and tenant (which is how it should be!).A very good team who walk the talk when it comes to adopting a personal approach to business interactions. Having bought and sold several properties, I can truly say this outfit are the worst in all regards. Communication is terrible, and having had the funds in place and made an offer, we discovered the owner had not been informed. They force you to speak to their mortgage broker (even if you make clear you have your own in place) who is misinformed and provides poor advice. They have neither the best interest of the seller or the buyer in mind. Avoid selling through (or buying with if possible!) at all costs.

We had a great experience with PettySon and Prestwich in Wanstead, recently with the sale of our property and over the years with the lettings and maintenance of it.
