I had not heard about Home Choice before renting with them. But I actually I had a good experience with the whole team and this was from the beginning of the tenancy till the end. It was so easy to communicate with them, I was able to reach them via text (even WhatsApp) and telephone. I was renting with them for almost five years and I would have continued the tendency if not for the fact that I wanted to move out of the area to be closer to family. Dal and the others in the team have been responsive, friendly and very helpful (even after the tenancy ended). Thinking about my time renting with Home Choice, I actually don’t recall having issues resolving any problems within the property. I would definitely recommend them!

We had absolute excellent experience at homechoice, Goodmayes. They were extremely supportive and happy to help. We rented for 7 years and stress free. Dee and Dal are very professional, transparent and responsive. Fixed any issues within the property so we could have a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

If you have no choice in your life also don't choose home choice. I dont see any rating less than one here to give. Such an unprofessional team and when you are vacating the property they will take the amount saying that funny reasons....all and all if you dont have any choice just stay in 24*7 railway stations rather than approaching this agency.

Fake boards:: This company is known for having no properties, but very famous for covering the Redbridge area with fake boards. The are clueless and have no idea what property people are asking about because one of them is out covering developments with boards. I think the target developments because no one can tell which property is for rent or sale. I run a business and always looking for decent properties, I always find other agents in goodmayes and 7kings helpful. Other agents and locals call them Home Chor I can see what they mean, no credibility just a desperate business making local area look bad with with fake advertising, i have contacted Redbridge council and informed of this. Bunch of clowns.

I arranged an appointment to see the property for 6.00 then Dee turned up 7.30 with his friend. We accessed the property the electricity wasn't working. the rent was £1,050.00 per month the house was in a terrible state i asked if he would confirm that the property would be amended up to scratch as described on the website he replied yes but if you pay £50.00 a month more then I will do this to you standard! my reply was this is a managed property which clearly wasn't managed properly and you are asking me to pay up!! To which he smirked and told me i was asking too much for the moldy items to be replaced for the sagging flooring to be straightened for the broken cupboards to be repaired. He didn't have a clue about the property i had to view it it in dark. Awful! not to mention the giant rats that were scurrying along whilst i waited for the duo to arrive.

I rented a property through Homechoice for last 3 years or so. During all these years, my experience working with them has been a topsy turvy ride at times. Quick response initially and also would arrange the concerning person (plumber or electrician) at a short notice. But then it slowed down and had to constantly keep chasing them. My recommendation to them would be please respond swiftly & quickly to the tenants when something has been reported. If this service is improved, I am sure you will be one of the best estate agents in Redbridge and tenants will certainly be using their services again. They were very professional when they handed over the property, as I was provided a detail inventory list and photographs of the property showing in which state it was given, thus expecting the same from the tenants while leaving. I thought the whole process was very transparent and ruled out any potential issues. And most importantly, I got my full deposit back Special thanks again to DAL for sorting out the GAS meter key when we moved in.

I lived in a rented property for 5 years and have left the property now and have got all the deposit back. In those 5 years, i have never had any issue dealing with Home choice associates for getting anything in the house sorted for any issues. The only issue is you have to remind them multiple times to get things done. Had to wait 2 weeks when there was no hot water for shower and the plumber got money from me and landlord both. Not home choice's fault but please get another plumber to do your jobs.

Totally incompetent company with extortionate fees. I had issues from day one, from collecting keys, to miscommunicating information to incorrect completion of tenancy agreement 3 times, tenancy agreement being sent to wrong people, total breach of data protection to tenants in my property without my signing the agreement and I've now found out from the Council that the tenants should legally NOT be in my property as too small for the number of people. I could incur a large fine and I know Home Choice would have known this. Please please PLEASE, another reputable agent so you pay for the service received. I have submitted a formal complaint to the company and after 15 days have still received no response, I was hoping to at least receive an apology and assurance that this will NOT happen again in the future.

A home is something which all allows all and sundry to carry out his or privacy after a toil of the day!!! But at times it is not always possible to rent your own property, in order to carry out our living, it is best to avail a rented property at least for some times!!! I wanted an apartment on rent in East London for my parents as I wanted them to stay close by as they are ageing. I promptly contacted homechoice as one of my friends had very high opinion of them. It has been over a year now, and I share his opinion. They take their clients very seriously. First of all, the property is excellent. However, even if some minor problems did arise, they were just one call away. This is a big relief for me, knowing that my parents won’t be facing any problems what so ever at least as far as their apartment is concerned. Thanks a lot homechoice!!

One of the on-site engineers suggested me to choose home choice. They provided a property to me for the stipulated time. It was exactly according to my specifications. However, what impressed me the most was their prompt action whenever I faced any problem with the apartment. You should definitely give it a go.

I had the unfortunate experience of letting an apartment with Home Choice for thirteen months. These are the issues I faced: - Upon moving the apartment was left in a filthy state by the previous tenant. His clothing, toiletries, rubbish ect had been left following his departure. An agent from Home Choice visited the apartment prior to my moving date and felt this was an acceptable state to leave a property for a prospective tenant. I was promised a cleaner would attend the following day, this never happened and no apologies were made. - An issue with the hot water boiler which was raised prior to my move by the previous tenant was not resolved as agreed. This issue carried on for several months. On multiple occasions I was left without hot water for days at a time. The primary issue with the boiler was never resolved and again no apologies were made. An issue occurred with a leak from the bath tub, I raised this issue on eight separate occasions with members of Home Choice staff and it was never addressed. This leak has caused significant damage to the property at the landlord’s liability and could have been controlled had the agent listened and intervened. - Home Choice is not a reputable or trustworthy organisation. Despite their extremely poor levels of service they will attempt to take money from you at any opportunity. An example of this came when I received an £180 charge to set up a statutory periodic tenancy (rolling contract) which should not be charged. Dal, a manager at Home Choice, offered to reduce the exorbitant and unnecessary fee if I transferred £100 into his personal account, therefore avoiding any tax or VAT on the amount. I have refused. - The staff at Home Choice are rude, unhelpful and exhibit extremely poor levels of communication with one another. In my experience an issue arises with your property it will require multiple phone calls and repeated frustrating conversations with various members of staff explaining the situation. If you are a prospective landlord or a tenant I implore you to avoid this estate agent. Ignore any review online which suggests otherwise, they are fictitious and misleading. Dr. Manish Plaha

I contacted them and they told me about numerous properties that have the same facilities which I am searching for a property. The most disgusting choice to choose this home choice, always creates a problems to the tenant and never ever recommend any one even if they doesnt have home. Instead of struggling these guys better stay in shopping malls else stay in train stations with some duvet. Basically this overrall rating is 0 and not even 1 as rating. If you notice the recent reviews which are 5 star are also given same time period from their staff itself to bring back to 3 rating. People are clever enough to judge these tricks and beware of the reviews and their dates before come to some conculsion.
