The draw your search area is just impossible to use. It obscures the map with the little blue ‘house for sale’ markers and when you try to draw an area the map constantly moves. Utter rubbish.

Even though I have not found my treasure, OnTheMarket has been very helpful. I cannot LOOK at the properties in person just yet as I live in the US. I would like MORE PHOTOS. Mostly of the views of all 4 sides of the properties.

Their online valuation estimate are so inaccurate…. We had a survey completed out of curiosity we checked on their website it was £85,000 less than the surveyor valuation..

The valuation you gave online for my property was ridiculous, I purchased it 4yrs ago for 30,000 more than you valued it for in todays market, and property prices have increased a lot in 4yrs, your definitely not accurate in your valuation.

What can I say it’s false advertising - they say on website ‘simply enter your post code now to find out your home value, instantly. Instantly !! That’s incorrect as you have to continue giving features, personal details, then results. That’s not instantly. Just provide what you say!!

You advertise that it is an advantage to see properties first but the agent didn’t respond and therefore today it was on another site that enabled a viewing to be booked straight away. It was much easier and more transparent. I will be avoiding this site.

Really annoying website, finding it very difficult to actually look at houses as it keeps filling my screen with pop ups and repeated gdpr requests every minute, non-stop. Search facilities not as good as rightmove.

I worked for the cleaning side of it and the bathroom was full of mould I did not stay only did one day and.did not get paid. Kitchen had knifes all over the sides units not safe when u work its 2 woman anything could happen

I have a couple of searches set up as email alerts for my in-laws. These are vital in helping me spot new bungalows for sale as soon as possible especially when the market is so busy and bungalows are in short supply.

I can't fault onthemarket for support, their staff, do everything I ask them to do straightway away if I have a problem. I also use Rightmove and they charge three times as much and their support is not in the same league.

This company is wholly unprofessional and do not work in a fair and correct manner. I phoned this morning enquiring about a property to let and ask them if anybody else was interested and they told me it was not a first come first served basis, I was informed we all had a fair chance I have just received a text message five days before I was due to see the property telling me it had already gone, this is so disappointing building peoples hopes up.don’t deal with them!

I have been with this company a few years now and it’s been a waste of money and effort, the fact that they signed me up to the deal which was to help Agents have control ( no control at all) not much support, lack of information from the customers. Unless you throw more money to them you don’t get much out of OTM.We do get some leads but not as many as Zoopla and Rightmove.Leads are 90% duplicated from Rightmove or Zoopla portals as buyers and renters use all portals.This one will be dropped after the contract ends for sure!

This company are a total waste of people's time, supposedly they display rentals before any other company, rubbish we have been looking for weeks now and like this morning get set a property via email only to find out when we contact the agents it has all ready gone, please tell me why this site is still working or are they only doing it for there enjoyment, not funny any more take this site down as they obviously don't have a clue how to run it and with what is going on in the world at this time it currently does not help with people's mental health, once again absolutely God dame useless
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
