I met with two lovely gentlemen whom made me feel very comfortable in putting my property in their hands. I liked their ethos and their strategy in regards to selling my home. The team at the Chingford branch sold our house quickly, for over the asking price, and provided a top quality service. Jess and Jake in particular were great throughout the process, but everyone played their part. I would recommend them to anyone selling their property. I have been impressed with the quality of service I have received. Everybody I have dealt with has been prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. They found me a good buyer within a few weeks and helped with the negotiations. The best thing was they will reimburse me for money spent with an online agency that did not deliver. Do not fall for their lies. Paid a £25.00 REFUNDABLE deposit to use their recommended legal services. Never received a refund. Contacted head.office@douglasallen on 24th September and STILL waiting for a reply and a refund!Thank you for you reply informing me that you are refunding me straight away but how exactly do you plan to do that?

Trustpilot21 Viewings And Not One Offer
Douglas Allen Walthamstow, made many promises but could not fulfill them. The branch booked in 21 viewings and not one offer was made. This was terrible. Also they get you stuck into a 20 week contract and you can not do anything about it. I have wasted a lot of time with them and have missed out on many new potential property’s.
