GoogleI recently started renting my first flat with Bairstow eves. I have been dealing with letting agent Georgia who delivered excellent and professional service through out the whole experience. Her friendly and personal approach has made it a no brainier to use Bairstow Eves if I choose to move or buy in the future.

GoogleHelen, Jenny, Gemma and Vicky have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Great communication, coordination and knowledge in what they do, I can't recommend this branch / these ladies high enough if you're looking to put your property on the market for sale. On the Lettings side I'm extremely impressed with Karl and Georgia, they both work so hard for their customers and their market knowledge is second to none! - Fantastic bunch of people and Barestow's management should take note of this.

GoogleI can honestly say I am beyond happy with the service provided at Bairstow eves, Woodford and speak very highly of Helen York, Jenny and Callum at Countrywide. The purchase was a lovely and smooth experience, We had a rough few months trying to sell (with a separate agent) and it was Helen who helped us come up with plan B and move forward. They gave gold star service at every point of the sale process - from managing viewings to chasing the chain, ensuring that the sale went through smoothly and with minimum stress to my already busy life, a service that I doubt could be equaled online. GoogleMy sister and I have nothing but praise for the team at Woodford Green Bairstow Eves who sold our house. Jenny, Helen, Vicky and their colleagues were marvellous from beginning to end - and beyond, in fact, whenever we have had to make a follow-up call. They were always extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. They returned calls immediately and were charming and helpful (and sympathetic) when we turned up unannounced in the branch. They were also impressively pro-active in the latter stages of the sale when the solicitors of all the parties needed prodding to keep things moving. We had bought the house from them 11 years before and had been impressed with them then, so it was a no-brainer to ask them to sell the house when the time came. We were not disappointed. I would recommend them thoroughly with no hesitation whatsoever.

GoogleReceived awful service when it came to getting our deposit back, we moved out on the 4/11/2020 and got our deposit back after Christmas. Nick Thomson in particular chose to ignore us for a few weeks. After the ordeal I still did not hear from them, I just received an email to say the deposit would be returned in full.

I was tempted to use an online platform but went with Bairstow as I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Jenny, Helen and Victoria from the Woodford office. The service I received from their initial visit to organising open days and negotiating/achieving the sales was first class and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
