GoogleEDIT: I regret ever posting this, because all email communication stopped as soon as I left a 5* review. No one wants to seem to get in touch with us regarding the fact we're 2 months into a tenancy to a property with plumbing issues which were picked up before we moved in and we're promised we're going to be fixed. So we've essentially been mis sold a property and no one really bothered about getting it fixed... Made the whole process really smooth and enjoyable. Were really the polar-opposite of the slimy, pushy and patronizing kinds of estate agents we had the displeasure of dealing with in regards to the local competitors. Mark was super friendly and very informative with any questions we had, and the office team were really nice also. Really knew exactly what it is we wanted and in general did what they could to make the whole process really simple. Would recommend them to all young renters!

GoogleI put my house on sale with Bairstow Eves, unknown to the process. The team clearly explained everything and we started the viewings. Due to several reasons, many views and a couple of buyers later, we finally got to the end. All the team, through the whole time were increadibly supportive and kept me motivated. They are a team who keep your spirits high and will get you to the end no matter what. They are not the stereotypical Estate Agent, they are much more. They will work with you, counsel you at times and encourage you to keep going. Her service was amazing gave me all the information I needed and advice I am very happy with the customer care after too! GoogleMy partner and I had an emotionally and physically stressful experience and would not recommend that this Bairstow Eves especially this branch. They are unprofessional and exhibited the highest form of disorganisation. They (on multiple occasions) incorrectly spelt our name, home address and email address on the contract after a number of iterations even after we had informed them of the errors. They delayed our move twice, (bear in mind we had handed our notice to our previous landlord) which meant we would be homeless! The move was delayed because the staff at Bairstow Eves had not thoroughly checked if the property was habitable. The property was not safe to move in to and this we found out on the day we took off of work (as contractors so a loss in our finances) to sign the paperwork to move the following day. With a lot of pushing we were able to successfully move in 8 days after the original date we had given, however we encountered another issue. In our first visit to the property the agent had informed us that an outside space was available, but when we moved in the key to this outside space was missing. We enquired about the key and then were told by the negotiator that the space was actually not included!!

GoogleHad an amazing experience thanks to the team (Helen, Jenny & Victoria particularly) , Hit some troubles along the way from Mortgage lenders(not related to Bairstow Eaves)and they kept us calm and were so attentive to all that was happening. Really worth their money. We bought the house from them 5 1/2 years ago and when we decided to sell there was no hesitation that we were going to use them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
