GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this rental agency. It has been over a month since I moved out, and I still have not received my deposit back. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
On top of that, no one provided proper assistance throughout the process. Every time I contacted them, I was given vague answers and excuses instead of real information. I kept hearing different stories, none of which actually solved the issue. It felt like they were just saying anything to avoid taking responsibility.
Communication has been poor, customer service has been unhelpful, and the overall experience has been frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere
