From day 1 Helen has been exemplary. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I wanted. Due to various factors the completion process was pretty tricky at times, but Helen was incredible at ensuring the deal stayed alive and both parties remained on amicable terms. Compelled to leave a review as I am so impressed by the Bairstow Eves team. I had a rental property that I needed to sell or find tenants for so I contacted Bairstow to explore both routes. I had marketed the property with another agency for a few weeks and had little interest and had to continually chase for feedback. The rental team at Bairstow were super keen for the opportunity. They quickly set up viewings, kept me updated and within days they had a couple of interested parties. I decided to go down the sales route instead and was equally impressed with the team. I used an online solicitor to deal wtih the sale and it was quite stressful only being able to communicate via email and waiting days for responses. The Bairstow team made a massive differece as they were friendly, emphathetic, made every effort to push things along and ALWAYS responded to my queries quickly.
