Fine & Country are amazing

We recently sold our property through Martin and Rachel at Fine & Country. We previously had our property for sale with a different agency which we decided to move away from as we didnt get the best of service its a different class of service you get with Fine & Country from the amazing brochure and advice for helping to sell the property and then the continuous feedback after each viewing. Martin Grant was amazing he kept us updated at all times and when we accepted an offer on the property he made sure he kept up the correspondence and went above and beyond to get the sale completion. We would highly recommend using Fine & Country if you want the best possible agents to help sell your property. Thank you Martin for all your hard work and patience we really appreciate it. HOUSE SALE

We have been very impressed with the service Mike, at the Woodbridge branch of F&C, provided. Mike was extremely enthusiastic and committed. He supported us throughout the sale and helped make it a very hassle free process. Mike was extremely helpful and even offered advice and guidance on the property we were buying, despite this being through another agency. Uckfield branch - 5 stars

Uckfield branch: we went to F&C after a disaster with an East Grinstead local agent who lost a potential cash buyer, never uploaded the video (ignored chasing emails)and general poor communication. Freddie and his team were so refreshing with their professional approach and expertise. Yes you pay for the photos etc.but the quality of brochures and video was worth every penny. They found us a buyer quickly and supported us through our relocation. Easy to talk to and quick to respond. If you are looking to sell (especially property over 800k) go to the experts. Very happy!!

I will be perfectly honest until recently I had never heard of fine and country. Suddenly across my village and the neighbouring one, we had fine and country sale boards popping up everywhere. All with sold signs attached.I decided to give themA call for a valuation. I was over moon with the result. Debbie from the heswall branch is my agent. She had an sstc for me in 6 days! Debbie is not your usual estate agent. I have sold 11 properties so far and have never met an agent like her. I am currently struggling to buy in my area, struggling to find the right house, struggling to get agents to call me back, and to put offers forward on properties that are of interest. Debbie is like a breath of fresh air. She is contactable 7 days a a week day or night. No office hours!.she is honest and very reliable. You get what you pay for and her service is worth every penny. Superagents!

Our house was on the market for 6 months without selling, then Martin and Rachel from Fine & Country stepped in and found us multiple viewings and a buyer within three weeks. They worked incredibly hard for us, were consistently upbeat and always available to keep us informed about how things were going. An unexpected delay to exchange of contracts caused us a fair amount of stress but their support and experience helped us through and we successfully exchanged. Their service is second to none. Vanessa was an absolute star she went above and beyond the norm, going out of her way to resolve any of the issues that arose during the selling of my house. After having to move estate agents due to lack of action Vanessa was immediately proactive arranging viewings and a very successful open day. Not only did she sell my house but she also found my future home. Highly professional, proactive and diligent - thoroughly recommend

I can wholeheartedly recommend Lisa Freer at Fine & Country Sutton Coldfield for her professionalism, enthusiasm and determination in selling our property despite perhaps the most challenging of conditions seen for many years - Brexit/general election/pandemic/lockdown - all of which filled the general selling environment with uncertainty & hesitancy. Despite being unable to undertake physical viewings through the lengthy lockdown period she displayed great creativity in accessing & helping produce varying forms of advertising across the different social media platforms and portals to maintain the profile of our property and find the perfect purchasers for our home. Lisa kept us promptly informed of all viewer feedback throughout the selling process and was extremely proactive in then shepherding it all through to completion, within what in the end was an extremely tight timescale. Wonderful service always with a smile!

Fine & Country Droitwich have looked after us impeccably from start to finish thro a very difficult and complex sale. They found good buyers for us when the market was tough and were very patient when we failed to find a suitable property to buy. They then quickly found us a number of buyers when we finally found our dream house despite this being a week before Christmas! Us having chosen the most suitable offer they then went far above and beyond the call of duty chasing down the chain basically doing the job of all the other agents! Unfortunately lockdown then happened and again they carried on working when many other agents just packed up and went home! They came up with a solution when the buyers at the bottom of chain lost their mortgage and again when their new mortgage offer stalled due to surveyors not working! This was the most awful stressful time partly due to nightmare buyers and then made worse by covid...but Vanessa and her team made it just about bearable with their kindness, patience, enthusiasm, professionalism, expertise and sheer hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, worth every penny of their fee and more! We are now settled in the forever house of our dreams and I will be forever grateful to Fine & Country Droitwich for making that possible.

Outstanding F&C Willerby

Alice at Fine and Country, Willerby was amazing. She was our seller's Estate Agent but as a buyer, she kept us informed every step of the way and was so very friendly and helpful when it came to the two sets of solicitors. Fine & Country are a terrible estate…

Fine & Country are a terrible estate agent and are only a franchise, not the super huge company they claim to be with offices in Mayfair promoting your property.There is only one Director and he has been a Director of another 43 companies and was a Director of student lettings for four weeks so what does that say to you?Take a look on companies house.There is no head office to make a formal complaint to and there is no complaints procedure.As it is nothing more than a franchise each office may vary but in my experience the communication is well below par.They had me waste half a year despite me repeatedly telling them the "buyer" was a time waster.They then changed the marketing blurb without informing me which ensured that nobody would view my property - for months. So if you were going to put your property on the market with Fine & Country do it with your eyes open and check your marketing on rightmove every week to ensure that they haven't changed your details now making your property a lot less attractive with a lot less chance of sale.I wish I had checked reviews and companies house first because I wouldn't have touched them with a bargepole and I still haven't sold because of them and have had to instruct another estate agent.You've been warned!

Unethical company that actively…

Unethical company that actively promotes ‘gazumping’. They prompted another offer from another buyer after formally accepting ours and we are now thousands of pounds out of pocket. They agree it wasn’t ethical but said it’s not illegal so we can. I suppose more commission is worth more than having a fair and ethical approach to business.
