How it should be but often isn’t!

After little or no response from 2 other agents (I know it’s been busy but a simple acknowledgment wouldn’t hurt) we contacted the Fine & Country, Norwich office. They were excellent throughout the process from getting our sale up and running quickly to keeping the conveyancers on their toes. Communication was excellent in managing offers then facilitating the process after the sale was agreed. Thank you Cameron, Richard and Philippa!

Lisa was amazing

Lisa was amazing. Managed the viewing, and handled the offer and when we had the ‘chain’ niggles as expected kept a constant line of comms to get us across the line. I spoke to a number of agents across Sutton and whilst some of the individuals were good they weren’t as strong as Lisa. I wish I had sold my house through her and would strongly recommend you to use her.

Have enquired about a property and no reply.I have messaged through Rightmove, no reply, called the office who even gave me the agents direct number..left a message..no reply...Update: Now three days later since this review..still no replyUpdate: Still no reply....I have sent an email to the one provided in your reply.... hopefully I might hear something...to be honest I'm losing interest...Update: I have been told head office is looking into this.... still no reply to my original enquiry... regarding Peatling Parva property...just not good enough, I feel sorry for anyone selling with Fine & Country.

Fantastic village estate agent. The staff especially Faye & Tristan went above a beyond to help us with firstly a very tricky buyer then they found us the perfect buyer. Faye always responded to emails promptly & often out of hours & always using a very courteous & professional approach. Tristan was great from start to finish in helping us sell our house. He got us a great price on our first weekend of viewings and was always at the end of the phone or email which was particularly welcome towards the end of the sale, going above and beyond in coordinating a long and complicated chain. I met a couple of agents when deciding to market our house, but Tristan stood out as being direct and honest, which can be something of a rarity in estate agents. Amazing service

Buying a house from overseas (without seeing it due to Covid) was rather stressful! Whilst some agents - perhaps not surprisingly- thought we weren’t serious buyers, Arma was the opposite. Hi professionalism, communication and helpfulness made a huge difference to us as buyers.
