Nicki Trotter was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process, and helped greatly to alleviate much of the stress that inevitably occurs along the way. Trying to get a viewing is painful

Contacted the Wells team to request a viewing of a property in Weare Somerset, ( i have avoided this agency due to past issues trying to get a viewing). You are told the agent will contact you, this failed to happen, contacted again today. Another message sent to the agent by the team, we said we will post a note in the door if we don’t receive any call back as this is clearly not fair to the sellers

What a pleasure to deal with.........

We thought that Fine and Country only dealt with houses beyond our price range, but were fortunate to view a house being sold by them and then took them up on their offer of a valuation on both of our houses. What an amazing Estate Agent, we sold both of our houses and bought one together through Fine and Country!  Selling and buying houses through Fine and Country Norwich was an excellent experience. From the initial contact with Helen, to the post selling process with Philippa we were guided and kept informed throughout. Natasha, Richard Heidi and Tamsin were always available for queries and were most helpful and supportive. All Fine and Country Norwich staff understand that it is a stressful experience for people when selling and buying houses and do their best to smooth out any issues. They ensure that the processes run smoothly by liaising with the buyer’s estate agent and solicitors. When it came to buying through Fine and Country we felt that they were finding us a home that was perfect for us, rather than just 'selling houses' as other estate agents seemed to do.Did I mention the brochure, it can only be described as fantastic, partly down to the amazing photographs courtesy of F&C’s photographer Mike Palmer, but also to Heidi’s superb wordsmithing.

My house had already been on the market with two other estate agents a few months before the leaflet from Fine & Country dropped through my door. There was something different about their approach to marketing property which immediately appealed to me. My subsequent meeting with Adrian convinced me to change agents - and I am so glad that I did. From what had been a fairly standard brochure and lacklustre drone footage, now became a beautifully photographed prospectus and a video with the personal touch. Not only that, but Adrian was on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. His dedication to selling my house knew no bounds and his colleague, the excellent Helen Ward, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They managed to negotiate a tricky sale with great professionalism and sensitivity and their after-care, when the sale went through, was second to none. I couldn't recommend Fine & Country highly enough - they are superb.

Exceptional professional service

We just wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation to Andries (High Peak office) who has provided us with exceptional service from start to finish. When we first viewed the property he was aware we had come up on a weekend and had travelled 4+ hours to attend and suggested he would be available for a second viewing on the Sunday should we wish to look again. We took him up on his offer and despite him not saying anything; I suspect that he was showing us the house in his own time to save us from a further 8hr round trip for a second viewing. Since we put an offer on the property he has been in regular contact, with updates and always availy to answer any queries we had. He has done more for us than our own estate agent. He has also offered to meet us at the property with the keys on the completion date; which saved us a lot of stress and time by not picking up the keys at the office. What a lovely gesture. He has been nothing but a pleasure to work. Thank you

Just amazing

We dealt with Chloe in the Oadby office for our Mum's purchase. Let me tell you now, it's been a bloody rollercoaster. After a few houses falling through, Mum found the PERFECT home, which wasn't without it's own obstacles. We absolutely wanted the house and with demanding vendors, we had to push things very quickly.
