Mike Warren was superb throughout the sale process. Knowledgable, calm, reassuring with good advice. Always on the other end of the phone if needed (or WhatsApp) and was even working on our exchange and available to contact for an entire week whilst he was supposed to be on holiday. Personable guy, friendly and honest - a breath of fresh air and has made a stressful time a little more bearable. Many thanks Mike and all the team at fine and country Woodbridge.

Sale of family home

4 stars for Fine & Country but 5 stars for Sales Negotiator Alice. Fine & Country provided exceptional service from valuation to completion. Selling and moving home is stressful enough but covid and ill health of partner made it one of the toughest experiences I have had. Alice was there every step of the way, knowledgeable, pro-active but importantly understanding and compassionate, I cannot rate her highly enough. The team also deserve a mention, Linda, Nicky & Rachel were superb, fully cognizant of the position at all times and always willing to assist.

Sale of Somerleyton HouseWe have only once used F&C and were impressed from the start by Chris the Manager of the Diss office with his pleasant manner and efficiency. The start of Covid 1st lockdown interrupted our start but Sue efficiently organised the brochure etc in that time. Tanya and her team organised viewers from the start of June and we had over 20. Our buyer’s buyer had many troubles and we should have exchanged far earlier than we did. Tanya organised for the said person a good mortgage and continually chased him and it up.However busy they endeavoured to keep us up to date with the exchange; for all of us 7 months was too long!It was not their fault. Our buyers love the property

We would highly recommend Fine and Country estate agents in Stamford. Jan and Ildi were so helpful in helping us to sell our home and found our dream home for us. Our sale was pushed through quickly to enable us to secure our purchase and we were always provided with regular updates and support during the conveyancing process. Also the brochure, marketing and photos provided for the sale of our home were amazing. We are very happy with the service provided and would use Fine and Country again in future if we ever decide to sell again.

No interest in customer requirements.

Looking for a commercial property on the Isle of Wight I contacted the office by email, with no reply I made the phone calls and arranged a viewing of our first choice property. Knowing we were travelling from London made no difference and they were too busy to afford us an estate agent to view with us. The owner showed us around and we received no follow up from Fine and Country. The following week we visited a different property, 21 bedrooms with much to discuss but we were given just half an hour to view then we were thrown out and again no follow up call. An 11 hour round trip for 30 min rushed viewing. They lost the sale because we had no time to consider our options.

Move house with Lee

We recently moved house and used Fine & Country to sell our property. We were truly looked after by Lee Armstrong, to whom we are very grateful. Our house was presented for viewings with our convenience in mind and was sold in a very short space of time. During the whole journey Lee was literally only a phonecall away and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reassuringly helpful. Housemoving is a very stressful time but was made that little bit less fretful by having Lee Armstrong and Fine & Country to help us along the journey, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their service. F&C sought us to market our property. It was already with another agent and gaining Viewings. Jack Rees promised a launch with an open day. This was cancelled as after 3 weeks not a single person had registered. Subsequent viewings (just 3 in 5 months) gave us not a single word of feedback.

Exceptional service from Halina Day..thank you.

We have just exchanged on a fabulous property advertised by Fine and Country. We needed a rapid transaction to beat the Stamp Duty deadline and Halina Day recommended a solicitor who won the race against time. Halina was available to meet us at short notice whenever we needed to take tradespeople to the property. She was also in contact on a regular basis to follow up on progress and give people a nudge whenever needed. Thank you Halina to you and your team. Not always a good press!

Estate agents don't always get a good press and there are firms where that's justified I realise, but our experience with Fine & Country bucked that trend. There were some major hiccups during our move process but Paula was there to support us at every step of the way. She was terrier-like (no offence Paula!) in that she wouldn't let go of anything - she followed up, chased up, called lawyers and did whatever was needed to find out what was going on and push our sale through. We always felt that we had good advice, were fully informed and, most importantly from our point of view, we had the impression that Paula was fighting our corner. Overall, a completely professional service from everyone that we had contact with at Fine & Country, and one which I'd thoroughly recommend.

F & C Rugby - highly recommended

The team at F&C in Rugby have been outstanding. Whenever we have phoned the office, our call is always dealt with in a polite and friendly manner by all members of staff and our queries or questions resolved. Our sale was a long and complicated one due to unforeseen difficulties down the chain. From Julie taking the time to show us around on a Sunday because we were travelling back from Brighton and could only do viewings at weekends, to the daily calls with Philippa to answer questions and keep us fully updated - she even helped get the number of a local farmer who could help clear the roads of snow the day we moved! The service and support that Liz and Nicola provided us during our recent move was nothing short of superb and really emphasises that you get what you pay for. Whereas the selling of the house was carefully planned and prepared for, with target buyers ready to be approached, selling our home was just the beginning.From the point that we had accepted an offer, Liz and Nicola connected us with a trusted conveyance lawyer and surveyor company, best suited to our needs and with whom they had a good working relationship. These relationships paid real dividends in expediting the proceedings.Both were available on the phone whenever we needed help and contacted us whenever there was an update. We felt up to speed and supported the whole way through the process. We believed that moving home is the one of the most stressful events in peoples lives, however this simply wasn't the case for us. Go for the best ...

We are extremely happy to recommend Fine and Country Norwich. We have used this company twice previously because they are such dedicated professionals who truly understand their market. Richard in the office is extremely helpful and friendly; he visited us at the property once we had signed up so that he had personal insight of our home and could therefore talk with authority to prospective buyers. The photographer (Mike) was also totally professional and took some delightful photos. It is in aftersales that Fine and Country really excel: Philippa is amazingly dedicated and really keeps her finger on the pulse, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process, as well as offering advice and support. Without her hard work, the chain may well have fallen apart because of difficulties that arose along the way. Over the last 15 months we have both sold and bought a property through the Norwich office. The support received was professional at all times but also more. With the remoteness created by Covid and the restrictions of lockdown the chances of any sale falling through must have risen throughout the industry. Dominique was the catalyst for both us as sellers and our buyers.
