They did exactly what they stated they would every time and achieved what we all set out to achieve, multiple offers leading to a sale within a defined timeframe. have had a very frustrating experience with F&C. It appears that there is little respect for buyers after we’ve had a pretty bad experience with them. We tried to communicate about the potential for some land to be sold separately to a house, after a half an hour call with a very dismissive agent about all the reasons we couldn’t etc it appears he’s taken the idea and put up for sale without any discussion with us. The agents communication was appalling, so much so we will be very reluctant to buy a house through them for the fear they will drop us when a better offer comes along. Buyers beware!

I have never had a good experience trying to buy with Fine and Country involved.My first attempt to view was cancelled some time after it was SSTC online.My second attempt was to be told even as a cash buyer that I was not allowed to view this property. Of course there were extenuating circumstances but the the communication was poor and practically non existent.I do not recommend doing business with this firm.

Fine & Country were professional and pleasant from their first visit to value through to the completion and beyond.Just over a month after moving they willingly helped to find information from the previous owner.Throughout selling and buying the Diss office kept in regular contact and were very useful in pushing the process when there were the usual difficult moments.They are not the cheapest agents, but they are good.

Fine and Country in spite of knowing that our rental contract has a section stating the deposit is to be protected gave our deposit to the landlord without any checks. This is clearly a breach of the contract, which unfortunately we might need to act legally and complain to the regulator. The company has absolutely no ownership and communication is unacceptable.
