GoogleThe most important thing for me was to receive a good level of service and understanding of my needs from the agent. I believe Winkworth Reading provided a very professional, friendly and superbly efficient service. Mr. Michael Foldvari and his colleagues were always very prompt and accurate with their answers. Their excellent service and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress free for me. In particular I was very grateful for the help I received from Mr. Michael Foldvari and his colleagues in organising the exchange and helping to chase the solicitors.

Google- The Agency changed rent payment dates without informing me which resulted in adding excessive charges. - At check in the property as agreed prior was not cleaned at all and we had to accept it as we already made the offer. - The people at Winkworth do not answer calls or emails and when they do it is rude and blunt. - I was called several names by one of the managers as i didn't agree to a check in call without notice. - The agency would visit me every month and enter the property without informing anyone as they wished. I appreciate this to be my experience with Winkworth however good to consider this feedback when dealing with Winkworth.
