GoogleProfessional service from the start. Charlotte who showed me the apartment that I ended up renting was great to deal with. She was swift and made sure I wasn't left waiting. Russell who took care of the reference checks and Aoife who made sure I got the keys on time. Great team.

GoogleBooked 3 house visits. One of the owners was ill so had to cancel the viewing which is understandable. However our last visit of the day was cancelled by Winkworth and we were not informed. So we waited for around 2 hours in Reading and show up at the house, only for no one to show up. Spent half of my Saturday to view one house.

GoogleNo one ever got back to me about a viewing and I had to chase as the agents responsiveness was extremely lacking, perhaps a trainee, but either way not an agency I would consider using particularly if you are in the market of buying where you would really need your agent to be on their game, don't recommend

YellTerrible for renters in Reading
Family of 4, boiler not working. They are the property managment the landlord selected. Called on Saturday morning, they wasted our time with information downloaded from the Internet I looked up myself too. Eventually they claimed I had no gas when I mentioned the hobs were working. So they decided to call on Monday to see if they could send someone to take a look. It was forecasted to be -5 degress during the night and it was like that. I had to call myself an emergency service, pay it, and of course it wasn't the gas. Totally careless people as humans and business. Cannot say as a landlord but if you are renting best to stay away from them. Reading office

GoogleThey were highly recommended by a close family friend and they did a great job selling the family home. They are still marketing a few more of my parents properties and seem very well connected in the Reading area and have good resources. After interviewing quite a few agencies, they were the best ones for the job.
