GoogleI have had an awful experience at my checkout with this agency. The inventory report was ridiculously meticulous and punctilious and I have been charged for normal wear and tear damages and for issues not caused by me. As a result I will never rent with this agency again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

GoogleWinkworth managed my house(for rental), the last 7 years and did a good job. Upon our return there were utility issues with Shell Energy who were a nightmare to deal with. Abby Griggs worked closely with me and in fact took the lead to resolve the issues. Great job Abby, now after 6 months its done!!

Robin Miles in the sales team went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase and sale of property went through successfully (even though winksworth was only responsible for the purchase), coordinating solicitors, property developers and all parties involved in the transaction.
