GoogleRobin has worked with me on two occasions for the sale of 41 Riverside House. Initially, another agent was instructed for the sale but the performance simply was not acceptable and so Winkworth and Robin became involved. Immediately, Robin arranged for prospective buyers to view but as the market was becoming a little depressed and my expectations were excessive I decided to abandon the sale at that time. I year later I asked Robin for his advice on how to correctly position and market the property and we decided on a realistic price. Robin lined up an initial, potential buyer who made an offer. After some negotiation on Robin's part the property was sold. The first viewing! Robin suggested a conveyancer then chased the legal matters through to completion. Excellent service throughout.

GoogleExtremely impressed with Winkworth. Highly professional and very friendly. Always happy to help. Always answer the phone quickly. Always call back when promised. Everyone working there well spoken and come across educated. These people are not going to rip you off. They charge fairly and keep their word. The main reason i like this company is their personal touch. I prefer their informal yet professional approach. I was with a bigger company which advertise a lot on tv (purple)but they could not remember my name nor dates of appointments. They were cold and wanted everything done only online. Needless to say i dumped them and employed this lovely company winkworth. I have no hestitation in recommending them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Googleive dealt with winkworth (Jon, James, Aoife and all the admin team) for only a matter of weeks, and i feel so much more valued then i did compared to the previous estate agency i was using. it is literally like comparing black and white; the difference in attentiveness is huge and in hindsight i wish i could have started using them 2-3 years ago. they keep me constantly in the loop with regards to updates and from what i can tell already try to ensure costs are kept fair and reasonable (compared to the last place who always tried to pull my trousers down; let alone conveniently forget to hand me back a large sum of deposit back). overall they have been an absolute delight to work with, and i have faith this will continue for years to come. kind regards, Jake

GoogleI have had an awful experience at my checkout with this agency. The inventory report was ridiculously meticulous and punctilious and I have been charged for normal wear and tear damages and for issues not caused by me. As a result I will never rent with this agency again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
