GoogleI have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. I would highly recommend Paul, Georgee, Nicole & most recently Leah who have been personable and helpful throughout my tenancy. I rented through another agency before moving over with S & G and the experience I had with that agency was night and day with this one. GoogleFabulous service from the team at Sansome & George to sell my Reading property in October 2024. It is so re-assuring to have such dedicated and switched-on people handling your sale, and most importantly not letting anything fall through the cracks. Even when my initial buyer fell through (no fault of S&G, the buyer's position changed), they rushed around and organised a new set of viewings incredibly quickly and within a couple of weeks the property had sold for a second time. if I had any questions I knew an answer was just a phone call away. I also knew S&G were dealing with my solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the surveryor, and indeed anything else that came up, so nothing was allowed to come out of the blue and knock things off track. It was such fantastic service that I don't think I could go anywhere else in future - S&G will certainly be my first call for any future property purchase or sale.

GoogleI am very pleased that I chose Sansome & George to sell my flat. From start to finish they have been excellent. I felt that they had the best knowledge of the market by a long way which is why I chose them in the first place and they also offered the most reasonable commission package. Staff at S&G kept me up-to-date with viewings and offers throughout the process and they also stepped in to speed up communication between solicitors. All I can say is a big thank you to the whole team !

GoogleThe team at Sansome & George recently sold our house at asking price within a few days of it going on the market - what more could you ask for! In particular, Anthony did a brillinat job with the write-up and viewings, Ben aced the photography and Barbara did an amazing job as the progression agent to get it to exchange. If you are selling don't underestimate the value of a good progressor - Barbara did a lot of work to keep things moving and make things less stressful for us -- including with our onward purchase, and it was very much appreciated. We bought through Sansome & George 5 years ago with a similarly great experience which is why we choose them to sell with them. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
