Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Sansome and George. We had not moved in 34 years so were very anxious about moving again. Charlie came round to see us one evening and explained the process. He put our minds at rest by reassuring us that things would be done on our terms and that we would not be pressured into making decisions we were not comfortable with. He was true to his word. If it was not for Charlie and the confidence and trust we placed in him, we probably would not have moved. We are now loving our new home and life by the sea. Of course, it’s not just about Charlie. The whole S&G team were brilliant, especially Lewis, Ben, Barbara and Courtney. They ensured that the whole house move ran smoothly and made the experience as stress free as possible. Thank you!

This was my second sale with Sansome & George but my first purchase. I can’t thank the whole Team enough for the time and effort they took over the course of the sale and purchase. They kept me informed every step of the way and their friendly approach made a stressful period in life just that little bit easier. And the communication from Barbara (Babs), couldn’t be topped - take a day off occasionally! When the exchange was postponed and my chosen removal firm couldn’t help on the proposed new date, Babs was on it and found an out of town removal firm…although we laughed at their ridiculous quote. Not to worry, she was straight on the phone to Paul at Ferriday & Alder and it was all sorted swiftly. Thank you all!

With reference to a review left by Neville Gracias, I would like to say that I was in communication with Barbara regularly on the sale which Mr Gracias' partner was buying. All I can say is that Barbara is one of 'the' most professional people I have dealt with in my whole career and she had always been upfront and clear about timescales from the beginning. Unfortunately, the buyer did not take the timescales set seriously and then was disappointed when the Vendor withdrew. None of the points made about Barbara are true, apart from the fact that she was so clever and found out the surveyor chosen by the buyer was not even qualified nor on the RICs panel. Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more when buying a property to ensure everything is checked properly! I would always recommend Barbara to anyone when it comes to sales progression.

We found our first house that we purchased together through Sansome & George and our initial viewing was arranged with Becky who was a pleasure to meet and could not do enough to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and negotiation process. We made an offer and Becky kept us always informed up until we reached an agreement with the vendor. At this point, Becky passed the selling and buying process over to Barbara. Having considered ourselves lucky to have dealt with Becky, we quickly realized that Barbara was equally supportive and friendly, as well as totally in control of every minor detail and keeping everyone on track. At times, it seemed that Barbara was working for us just as much as she was for the vendor, chasing up solicitors and answering every little question we threw at her. We always knew that Barbara would be on hand for speedy answers and accurate advice, along with a wicked sense of humour. We did not have a property to sell so we hoped that the buying process would be quick and easy but these matters are always complicated with so many people involved.
