GoogleInitially very enthusiastic but as soon as the deal is done a new person pops in with absolutely nothing to do but to daily send a bunch of advertising emails, to make almost a dozen of accounts on hubs and portals, so many marketing hoaxes from partner companies luring you in membership schemes and you start wondering why you even choose it at the first place. No options but to go with a no-deposit scheme as it gives them leverage and better protection from a legal point of view.

GoogleI have been a long-term tenant renting from Romans for the past 20years. In all my years dealing with Romans, I have seen and dealt with numerous staff of Romans - some good some bad. I wish to particularly mention Kimberly Garcia, she has been helpful, understanding and totally professional with a human touch. Any body dealing with her, I am sure that they will find the same. if only all estate agents staff would be like her. Romans would do well to reward for her professionalism and helpfulness. This is what I called great service!
