GREAT TEAM AT WARFIELD. Saw our house and Beth arranged a viewing which was lovely and answered a lot of our questions. Once our offer went in Virginia took over. She always kept us informed and chased everyone that she had to and more and very often let me know about things that others should have. Always upbeat and friendly. Great service and customer focused team

I lived in a Prospects managed property for more than 2 years. The property management team are very friendly and approachable and picked up all my requests on priority. All the maintenance requests registered online and picked up on time ensured they all are fixed. I didn't feel anything different during the pandemic and they were always reachable on phone and email. I wanted to call out Carla Munro and Melissa Fisher who have been of great help throughout this tenancy.

Moving back to UK in difficult…

Moving back to UK in difficult circumstances following a bereavement, Prospect were so caring, understanding & helpful in helping me find a property, and putting my case to the landlord as my circumstances were far from the norm.The communication at all times was great and they were very responsive when I asked to move in a week earlier then originally expected.The move in process on the day was extremely smooth.This was my first time renting on my own and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again when this tenancy is finished.

Great service from a Great team

Led by Paul Wickens the team sold a property that had been on the market for 2 years. I did try another estate agent for this property, one how had successfully sold others on my behalf but on this one they could just not get the sale. I decided to turn to Prospects and found them to be excellent. The communication was excellent throughout the process as was their advice. An excellent service by an excellent team. I tried renting with Prospect, it all went well until they refused me based on adverse credit. I had a CCJ on my credit file. The CCJ had already been paid within 30 days and gave evidence it was to be removed and should not be included within the reference. A simple call to the courts would confirm it. Unfortunatley nobody understood English here at prospect. Even if I was to fail reference I would of been willing to pay rent upfront as money is not an issue for me. They refused me anyway and They kept my holding deposit. I did a dispute with my bank and the bank understood simple English and got my holding deposit back after 30 days. I've now successfully passed referencing with romans and found a place. All in all the experience I've had with romans was miles better than prospect. This is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with and unfortunately still dealing with. Before moving in we had 2 managers Chase Jacobs & Tristan Lee who would never reply nor call back. Very unprofessional. We then deal with Beckie Baxter who replies (few e-mails were ignored). However since we moved in we still have a broken wardrobe door hanging out which is a health and safety issue, pipes which need replacing, tiles which are coming off in the toilet...... the list goes on and on. From August 1 2020 until today nothing has been done. I officially give up trying to get hold of anyone in prospect and will make sure we never deal with them in our next house move.

After starting a family we decided to put our flat on the market in order to buy somewhere with more space. Prospect were amazing throughout, and were able to generate much more interest and viewings than any other agent we had used. Unfortunately, we were unable to sell, due to the market at the time (Covid) so instead decided to let the property. It was initially with another agent who had it for some time and we therefore gave it to Prospect. Prospect generated several viewings and ultimately secured us tenants within 24 hours of having it! The communication was fantastic throughout from both Tristan and Harry who made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend Prospect for both Sales and LettingsPositiveProfessionalism

Did everything that a property agency should do. Service was fine, but nothing above and beyond what was required. Wouldn't actively recommend them, but i wouldn't advise people not to use them if they asked me.They did end up chasing me to get me to chase my referees when i had already provided them with full contact details of my previous letting agency as well as the landlord, after which it turned out the new landlord was yet to provide all the documents necessary from his end.Pleasant phone manner from many people in the company. I am also leaving this review on request as they apparently have a drive to get "ideally 5* reviews" to here and another ratings site.May update this review once we have to check out.

I have recently had the misfortune of viewing a rental property via this agency.They are unprofessional and dishonest with appalling customer service. I agreed to rent at the asking price and have not had a response weeks later. I am aware that they are still having viewings on this property. I can only conclude that their ultimate motive is to see which potential customer will offer the highest price.Highly unethical, avoid.

Attitude Issues

Throughout my property search for around a year I’d say, I’d always try and avoid asking Prospect for help, due to the attitude that Anna Elema has. I understand everyone has their own way of speaking but her tone of voice is always rude, like she doesn’t like her job or likes speaking to me. Very much off putting to be honest. On the odd occasion she sounds okay but most of the time it’s like she’s had a bad day and shows it too! She basically refused to help me since I’m looking “too early” for a property, as a person that’s on your database and a potential client shouldn’t you just help anyway?!!. I’m receiving help from other agents in the area so I don’t understand what the issue is. Looking for a property, especially in my circumstances is difficult enough, I don’t need someone with an attitude like that to just put me off, on multiple occasions. It doesn’t take much to sound more friendly, you don’t know how someone’s day is going before they call you.

Bunch of sharks - welcome to the old boys/girls club

These guys are a bunch of sharks - they hide behind a complaints 'process' that involves a Director, assessing a colleagues performance (needless to say their colleague in this case was also their friend). With a little more than 2 weeks until the occupancy date, the landlord, who was also the Area Manager for the letting agent, decided to inform us that their new property was not available, they had to delay their move, and we would not be able to take up occupancy. At no point were we informed (in writing or any other means) that our occupancy was conditional on the purchase of their new property going through. More worrying, they were unable to confirm a date that this would be resolved. We were ultimately left homeless as the landlord at our previous property had already let the place that we were living in (as one does?). They offered absolutely no support in sourcing alternative accomodation, noting that the property market was a tough place to be. Funny thing that - we were experiencing this first hand. At least they had a home to go to when they were done with their day jobs. They also did not offer an ounce of support for any additional costs, of which there were many, which effectively forced us to pull out of the deal. The also insisted that this was entirely our choice as they would love to have us as tenants, how selfless of them. Throughout the lettings, contracting and complaints processes, we were treated like the 'other party'. They exhibited very little care or regard for our wellbeing and absolutely everything they did, was done to protect the landlord. Their mate. They always fell back to the fact that there was no contract in place, and a holding fee had been paid (once again to protect the landlord), but we were welcome to back out of the offer.Needless to say, the complaints process was an even bigger waste of my time. They called us liars, saying we had been informed of the conditions of tenancy... nonsense. To be honest, I was not suprised by this outcome - with a conflict of interest such as this, it is expected that they would behave with impunity and without integrity.I will never rent from you sharks again, Prospect Lettings.
