Paul and Beth handled our house sale earlier this summer. They did a superb job, not just in us getting seven offers over the asking price but also in selecting the strongest offers and managing the many viewings over just two days. Their speed enabled us to secure the house we were after. They also pitched the asking price realistically to maximise offers and then enable higher final offers. Personal and professional. If like me you are weary of estate agents based on past experiences this team will change your perspective. Strongly recommend them.

We found a property in Warfield with Beth Murphy @ Prospect. From the moment we met her at the viewing, she went over and above to make it happen. It was a long chain and for weeks she was chasing everyone's solicitors through out the chain. She worked like a mission to complete the chain and kept me informed on a 'daily' basis. She put me in touch with an exceptional mortgage advisor and with very competitive and efficient solicitors and ensured there is no delay at their end. Unfortunately, we lost our own buyer so the chain broke however even since that she has stayed in touch and kept me apprised of the status on the property we were going to buy. Would highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to deal with Melissa Fisher, the Senior Property Manager who looked after us really well when we rented a property. She is very response and a true professional. Any issues we had she was always willing to listen and find a solution which was a real credit. If you rang and missed her she would always return your call which was quite reassuring. She is a credit to Prospect Estate Agency and is highly recommended. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism and dedication.

I am about to end my tenancy term after almost one year renting an apartment in Bracknell Forest. The premises is nice and the environment is wonderful. When I try to tell the property manager that I would leave the premises earlier and would like to end the tenancy. I am told that I would break the contract if I move out earlier, as per the break term of agreement with the landlord. After my thorough checking of the contract, there is no that term. And the property agent can never spot the term to me. I am just kept informed to bare the liability of the property until the end of tenancy. I am not asking to have money back though I have paid the whole year rental in upfront. More ridiculously, a professional cleaning term is added in the break term, which is totally new term on top of the original contract. Now I get an invoice of GPB850 approx. if I need to move out earlier. It sounds totally unreasonable and not acceptable.

GoogleI was worried to start with as I wasn’t getting any feedback from viewings when selling with prospect, I was just getting we’ve chased feedback however I honestly now believe this was people not getting back to prospect and nothing other than that. We managed to get our house sold in the middle of the pandemic, for close to the asking price. Then that’s where prospect really stepped up their game. Unfortunately despite many reviews I went with a shocking solicitor firm for our move, however prospect, namely Aimee Smith really got on top of things quickly chasing everything and if it wasn’t for her I’m sure the sale and onward purchase would have fallen through. Aimee really is a credit to the team and I honestly couldn’t fault the process with prospect, they were amazing throughout!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
