I have been dealing with Kate Smith for a short while. The good thing that I can say about her is that she is very prompt in responding to my queries. Her replies are straight to the point. The only thing bad I can say about her is that on a good day, she drives me nuts with the fact that she starts her emails with "I hope you are well". Such a phrase is bland and meaningless. I also dislike the verb "hope" as in French we say that hope makes stupid people live.

Prospect have just helped me to sell a property in Reading. The selling process itself was quite straightforward even though we had had considerable difficulties with another agent, culminating with 2 lost sales. Prospect made sure that all buyers were ready to proceed with a purchase prior to viewings, and having secured a sensible price the process to completion was exemplary. Bernadette Martin played a huge role in getting the sale through to completion as smoothly as possible.

We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. We have a very good relationship with Prospect and are happy tenants! I would certainly recommend.

We came across Prospect when looking for a new flat closer to work, we viewed a flat with Matt, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and just a genuine pleasure, we put an offer in there and then, since then we’ve been dealing with Chris who is always very responsive by email and happy to help, nothing is too much hassle, he is very professional and friendly and gives that personalised touch.Prospect appear to be a lot more personalised and family orientated than other lettings companies we’ve used, much better than the company we used previously.Thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!

Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

Elliot was knowledgable helpful informative and o the area and the valuation.The property was let in 7-10 days as was expressed.Only downfall he was a Villa fan, but someone has to be . i would reuse the facility if i had more properties.
