She also works very hard with the developer to accommodate the extra requests that I have made.We are now near the finished line and hopefully be in the new home in 10 days. Very big thank you.

Saffron has been very professional and helpful. She has always replied on time and very quickly to my emails and phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening at all time. Saffron took the time to understand my position and explain the procedures. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome it was nothing that she could control.

GoogleWe were in the process of looking to find a place to rent in Bracknell and the surrounding areas. Searching on rightmove we found a number of places we wanted to arrange viewings for, 3 of which were with Prospect Estate Agents. I sent email enquiries on all three of the properties and didn't receive a reply for any of them. Over the next 7 days I called the number on the system which never answered and so finally giving in ventured to Bracknell town centre and visited the branch on a Saturday morning. When we entered their were two young lads on their phones laughing and playing drum and bass music through the speakers. We were told to sit down and there i asked about the 3 properties, was here told that all 3 of them were actually now off the market, but there was no indication of this or even saying let agreed on the site. I asked about the phone and email and was told that there were problems with head office and putting messages through. Skimming over this we were offered two properties that weren't on the market yet but will be soon so if we did want to would be advisable to arrange a booking asap. We did arrange one for the Tuesday, we had 3 other bookings on that day so said we could do 17:30, the previous property was just round the corner so the estate agent said he'd meet us there for 17:15. We arrived around 5 minutes late and there was nobody there, waited until 17:30 before calling and no answer. Eventually got a text saying that he'd waited a very specific 8 minutes and decided we were not going to show. My girlfriend pointed out his failings as to we would have seen you come out of the cal-de-sac and are you not going to come back as was told he lived 2 minutes away and never got an answer. Overall gut after dealing with most of the estate agents, Prosepcts have been with out a doubt the worst, obviously my view is tainted on this one experience and am sure there are people who are happy with them. However, leaving properties on places that are no longer on the market, not responding to emails/calls and then rudeness about a viewing we felt kind of forced to do has left a sour note.

GoogleI've recently used Prospect to sell my house in Bracknell. The process didn't start brilliantly with some very pushy sales tactics from the assistant manager. I decided to go with Prospect as they were the only viable option for me. I was really pushed into using their recommended solicitor. This was a pretty horrible experience and involved putting a lot of pressure on me to instruct the solicitors there and then so I was unable to take the time to shop around. I was told in no uncertain terms that my sale was very likely to fall through or be severely delayed if I did not use these solicitors. I was also told they would be excellent at communicating with me and with Prospect to find the perfect time to serve my tenants notice. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The solicitors eventually managed to exchange nearly 2 months after the date they said they would 'easily' be able to exchange by and so I was left out of pocket by over £3000 through lost rental income. I would never have gone with these solicitors without the high pressure sales tactics and it has left a really sour taste. It was made clear to me by a member of staff at Prospect that they have had lots of problems with these solicitors. It's really disappointing that they were happy to lie and push me into using these solicitors just so they could get their referral fee. I've given Prospect plenty of time to deal with the complaint and they felt unable to do anything to make things right. After much discussion, they half-heartedly offered to refund the commission they received from the solicitors. I declined this offer as I believe it was mainly an attempt to try and stop me from taking my complaint to the Property Ombudsman who are now investigating the tactics used, and frankly it was much too little too late! I will update this review with the conclusions of the Property Ombudsman investigation when it comes through. The 2 stars are for the excellent transaction support and I would happily give this element 5 stars! Angela communicated brilliantly and did everything she could to try and get the sale across the line. Generally, the rest of the experience was good and the visits were usually well managed and communicated. They found a buyer relatively quickly and I got close to the asking price. It's such a shame that what could have been a good experience was let down so badly by pushing me into using the wrong solicitor.

GoogleExcellent service, from both Laney (Reading) and Olivia (Bracknell). From the time our tenants gave notice, Laney and Olivia kept us informed, answered questions and made life very easy for two people living in Spain. They found new tenants and accommodated work that needed to be done before we could rent the property again. We really cannot recommend these two people, or Prospect enough. Well done all of you.

GoogleFantastic team! I would thoroughly recommend Prospect Bracknell for both sales and purchases. They are an incredible team who really make the magic of moving become a reality. Within days of making an offer on my new home they had mine ready to go on the market and found me a buyer within only a matter of days. Their expertise made the whole selling and buying process seamless, which is pretty unheard of in the property market. Massive thanks to the team at Prospect for everything!
