Callum was really helpful at the beginning of the process and I then had the pleasure of being helped by Aimee who was really responsive and kept the process moving along so that we managed to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. Excellent experience with prospect estate agency with out recent house sale. Thanks to Micahel Sharp, Ross and Ruth for coordinating this sale end to end.The only thing that could have been better were the solicitors. We went with the recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse and definitely was a bad experience. However this is in no direct reflection on Prospect agency.

Agnese Rees has been our property manager with Prospect for a few months. As new landlords, she has been very good at keeping us up to date with all surveys and requests and has been very good at finding solutions every time we needed it. She was also very flexible with her approach. Hope it all carries on like this!

Savannah Quirk was the New Sales Agent who dealt with our show round and let us just say how amazing she Is! Right from organising the viewing to the handover she was accommodating and polite. Always at the end of a phone call she even organised a last minute viewing on a Sunday! Could not recommend highly enough and is definitely an asset to Prospect

GoogleI found my recent experience with Prospect to be a very positive one. In particular Datren if the Warfield office worked extremely hard in keeping me informed of the types of property that they were bringing to the market and had a very accurate impression of what I was looking for. I would definitely use their services again and I would put them above other local estate agents in the Warfield area.

Prospect estate agents approached me about selling my property as they had someone looking for a property like mine in that area. They came and valued my property on a Saturday. They gave me an agreeable valuation. I then enquired about their fees the following week and found them to be extortionate. I politely declined their services by email. An email they ignored (professional). I went with a much more friendly, reasonably priced agent and got my property on the market. When I was looking online for my advert that the current agent had produced I realised Prospect had marketed my property WITHOUT instruction at 10% lower than the price they said I should be selling my property for. They just took it upon themselves to market my property. Clearly an illegal move. I have been in contact with the office asking for the head offices details multiple times and they ignored me. No apology. I will be taking this further. Avoid these money grabbing cow boys.

I’ve been very impressed with Prospect since we’ve started the letting. Beckie Baxter has been responsive and provides clear answers to questions that I have. She has followed up on areas for me and also acts as a diplomatic liaison between be and the tenant. I hope we can continue this working relationship as it gives me confidence that Prospect are handling the letting well.

Great service from all at Prospect Reading. Michael Sharp was very informative and concise on the initial valuation and gave us a lot more confidence that the other agent we saw. The sale was agreed quickly and for more than we thought we would get. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Prospect again or recommend them to our friends.
