We've just moved out of a rental property managed by NEA having bought our first home and have had a great experience! The application process last year was smooth and clear and the property management since then by Ashley has been stellar. As an old Victorian terrace the house has had a few bits of maintenance needed, but he's always been super responsive, incredibly helpful and quick to resolve whenever those issues arose. We would like to express our sincere gratitude towards both the NEA Sales and Lettings teams in managing the rental of our property and its subsequent sale. Having gone through a failed sales process the year before with a different estate agent, we decided to rent our property and engaged NEA Lettings to market and manage it for us. Roz and the Lettings team were very enthusiastic and professional, they made us feel at ease even though it was our first-time being landlords (and overseas landlords to further complicate matters). They were superb and managed to find great tenants for us within a couple of days. Given our great experience working with NEA Lettings, we decided to work with Mark and his team at NEA Sales on the eventual sale of our house. Mark is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice in terms of marketing strategy and pricing. The team managed to get dozens of viewings within the first week and multiple offers on the table. Mark is an excellent negotiator and was able to get us a higher price than what we thought was achievable. He was also very proactive and frequently followed-up with the buyer and buyer's solicitors to close the deal as quickly as possible. We are extremely satisfied with the result and would highly recommend NEA!

My experience was absolutely amazing. As soon as I took interest in the property, I had a viewing the following day and desperately wanted it (even thought there were other estate agents viewing at the same time) but they made it happen for me...and within 2weeks at most , I had the signed tenency agreement in my hands!
