GoogleWe have been with Jon Rosi for years renting out a flat. Karen Brown has just overseen a complete refurbishment in a short space of time between tenants to a very high standard. We are delighted with all aspects of her work.

GoogleJon Rosi sold my terrace house in Reading last month, and I was very happy with the result in what has been a very slack market. His advise on market conditions and on negotiations with and updates from the buyer were always prompt, fair and in my opinion well judged and well articulated. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon's services to any prospective seller.

GoogleUnacceptable service and very rude personnel. They told me that I can see the properties and everything was okay but after the viewing and because I am not a UK citizen their behaviour changed. I called them to place my offer and they told me "forget it" and hang up the phone 3 times. Unacceptable Unacceptable Unacceptable !!!

GoogleI did not rent from them in the end as their staff was incredibly insulting and condescending. Do not rent from them as the staff evidently have very little understanding and if they are questioned on anything immediately hang up or chide you for being poorer than them.
