GoogleI recently sold my house using another agent in Bracknell. Long story short - there were a lot of outstanding queries that were holding up the sale that neither solicitors were moving on and my agent wasn't helping progress. I then met Jon Rosi, as the agent acting for my buyers, to help progress the whole chain. I spoke almost daily (usually more than once!) directly with Jon - so great lines of communication. Quite simply - without Jon's help, intervention and progressing the buyers solicitors we would have not sold our house and the chain would have collapsed and all sellers would've lost out. If they helped me this much without me actually being their client, I can only imagine how helpful they'd be for their own clients so would hugely recommend to use them for any sale.

GoogleJon Rosi sold an apartment for us in Reading and we could not have asked for a better service. He knew the interest would be great as it had superb letting potential so suggested bulk viewings on specific days so as to cause us as little inconvenience as possible. We had constant feedback on the viewings and once the offers came in we were advised on each buyers financial status to allow us to proceed with the sale. We were kept informed of progress during the lead up to exchange which enabled us to keep our builders of the new house well informed so that they could progress the build ready for us to move in. The stress of moving was really eased by this process and although we are very happy where we are, should we ever need to sell or let a house in the future we shall head straight back to Jon and his Team.

GoogleI was really impressed with the service I received especially from Jade the negotiator. She was timely and professional throughout.
The only slight issue I would say which wasn't directly to do with Jon Rosi was the cleanliness and quality of the Inventory Check in, but Jade and I worked through it.
I would certainly recommend Jon Rosi to others interested in renting.
Oh and Jon him self give me a lift to the station! Thanks for that too Jon.

Dear Mr Abbasi,
Thank you for your review but you seem to have not mentioned that your appointment was booked and confirmed for 12.30 pm that day and we called you 10 minutes prior to confirm that my colleague was on their way there. You then said you could not make that appointment but you had not advised us of this previously but only when we called you. We then arrange to meet you at 2.30pm later the same day which was a time you chose. My colleague then attended the property as arranged at 2.30pm and waited for you for nearly half an hour but had to leave as they had another appointment at 3pm. We then called you again to find out why you had been unable to attend that viewing and you said you had to go and view another property so you would not be coming to see the house with us. Unfortunately we were not able to attend the property again for you that day and organize a third viewing slot all within the same day as we had other appointments to deal with.
I am sorry to read that you found our customer service pathetic but I am not sure what else we could have done given that we had already set time aside twice that day and attended the property along with waiting a substantial amount of time for you to view the house.
