GoogleThe lady who answered my phone today on 25juy23 is extremely rude and they keep telling you they are extremely busy and wouldn’t give correct information . I have been calling them since a week now and keep telling me the property is fully booked whereas it’s been available and they don’t respond and do not give correct information. Useless

GoogleJon Rosi have managed the rental of my flat from 2008 to 2020 and the sale of the property in 2021. During that time they have always responded quickly to enquiries, provided honest advice and selected good tenants. During the sale process they went above and beyond what would be expected to get the sale concluded and assist with the process. Jon Rosi’s professionalism is in total contrast to our very bad experience with poor service provided by more than one of the national estate agent chains. I cannot recommend Jon Rosi highly enough.

Googlejust had a viewing at number 54 london road. lady called ‘karen’ was extremely unhelpful at answering the phone. person wasn’t there to view it and was given the wrong postcode by her colleague in the first place. Karen then tried to dictate the alphabet to me which was very patronising. ****DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY****

Dear Mr Morris I am sorry to read your review, however I have looked into this and your review does not seem to tell the whole storey or account of the events of your viewing. I can see that a confirmation email was sent to your partner confirming both the time, date and property address with post code to be viewed. I am advised that one of my colleagues was at the property on time for your viewing. However you called our office and advised that you would be late and in turn we advised you that our colleague would have to leave the property shortly and could not wait much longer as they had another prearranged viewing to attend. My colleague was using the phonetic alphabet not to be patronising but in order that mistakes were not made in confirming the post code, as in Romeo Golf 1 (RG1). I believe You then called our office when you arrived at the property late but my colleague had already left as she could not wait any longer as she had to get to her next appointment. My female colleague in the office was then so shocked by what she described as threatening and aggressive language down the phone, that she felt the need to lock our office front door for the remaining part of the day. I do not believe that my colleagues deserve to be, or should be, spoken to in such a way and given that they had been at the property on time waiting for you. Yours sincerely Jon Rosi

GoogleI have been renting through Jon Rosi for the last 5 years now and have never had any cause for complaint. The team in the office have always been so friendly, helpful and kind. I've been particularly impressed with how well they have adapted throughout 2020, ensuring us as tenants are still being supported in whatever way we've needed. Their responses to any maintenance issues we may have, have been so efficient and the communication has always been clear. Having rented through 4 different agencies now in Reading, there is a reason I have remained with Jon Rosi for so long!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI had a extremely professional service from Jon himself. He was always professional and slightly ‘Old school’ in customer service, which was most welcome in this day and age. Jon was really instrumental in getting from offer through to completion in a stress free manner, calling me on updates and minor changes. The little details were appreciated such as being posted out the particulars on a property once offer accepted and tips for upgrading my purchase. I have dealt with several agents in Reading and Jon stands out a genuine independent estate agent who are a great rarity in the industry. GoogleI had the pleasure to rent a Studio Flat through Jon Rosi and l was pleasantly surprised to receive so much attention and support. After long and useless search through many other letting agencies l had the luck to pass in front at their office..., they immediately found the perfect accommodation for me and in just a couple of days l was already able to move in. By the excellent customer service and true desire to be helpful I'd like thanking Shelley, Sally and Karen. For sure I'll be continuing to enjoy their services in the future.

GoogleI have used Jon Rosi to firstly rent out my flat and then sell it. They found me tenants very quickly and the tenants were really good, they left the flat in a great state after almost 18 months of renting. JR also managed to sell my flat fairly quickly in a really flat market. Communication is great and whenever I've had a problem they've dealt with issues in the flat, such as a replacement of the bathroom fan, really well leaving me with no stress.

GoogleNot just letting agents!! Had an issue with one of my doors yesterday- lets say I had to use a window to get in and out of my bedroom. But within moments of walking into Jon Rosi this morning a letting agent was willing to come over and have a look. Two minutes after that- he'd fixed it!! We were so worried that it was going to be so difficult to sort out. But are now incredibly relieved we can open the door! I'm so very thankful for the staff at Jon Rosi being so helpful even though they were unsure they'd actually be able to do something. Thanks again!

GoogleNo repairs done during my tenancy with them (even after reporting it twice to the agent who came for inspection). poor customer management, Staff are rude and seldom respond to anything. For some odd reason, they refuse to respond via email unless asked to do so on phone.

However when we enter your name into are system you are not recognized as being one of our tenants, so I am not sure what you are referring to and the repairs you claim where not dealt with. GoogleWould not recommend dealing with this agency at all! Stay away from this agency! Terrible service, very bad maintained properties and I am not even talking about getting the deposit back. Agency supports criminal and scamming Landlords! Rude. Unprofessional. Do not rent from this agency.

Dear Mr Balahanov Having read your review I am sorry to read your account of our agency and would have responded sooner but your review was done during the point when our agency was forced to close during the covid-19 outbreak and we had other pressing matters to deal with. As I have now been able to review this and talk with team members, I am to understand that our staff tried their best to re-advertise the property as you wanted to leave but you were tied to the tenancy term. Despite your landlord and our agency agreeing to try and assist you in this request I believe you changed the dates that you intended to leave and this did not match with any new tenants requested move dates. I am not aware that any maintenance issues that you reported where not passed on to the landlord and dealt with accordingly during your tenancy. Your deposit was returned as timely as could be done following the check-out report being received from the independent inventory clerk and the deductions for dilapidation's agreed and this was done even during the lock down of our office due to covid-19 restrictions in place. I personally spoke with you during this period and in relation to your deposit being returned and I believe it was you being rude on the phone rather than our agency. I totally dispute your claims that our agency supports criminal and scamming landlords and find these comments most offensive to both ourselves and our landlords. I have reported this to Google and requested that your review is removed as your comments in relation to this are without any substance and could be viewed as libellous. Yours sincerely Jon Rosi

GoogleI have been using Jon Rosi to rent a flat for over 8 years. Jon Rosi and his team have always been diligent and responsive. They also helped me through a long sale process with a happy outcome for all parts. Jon has been instrumental in keeping communication channels open between parts at all times, and I sincerely appreciate his advise and going the extra mile when needed. I wouldn´t hesitate a second to both recommend and instruct Jon Rosi again.
